称量桶为一种称量装置，一般安装在产品的出料口端，用于对产品的称量后再包装，包装产品每包的重量都相同，称量桶被广泛运用于各行各业，而现有的技术存在漏料问题，在达到预定的重量后很难及时的将下料口闭合，导致称量不准确，闭合后存在漏料的问题，翻板不能与下料口紧闭，在称量粉状的物料时会漏料。

本实用新型采用在下料口的边缘安装密封卡条，在称量桶的外壁上安装气缸，通过气缸来控制翻板，这样在气缸的作用下可以达到很强的压力，保证了在闭合后能密封，不会出现漏料的情况，同时采用两片翻板来闭合下料口，这样就比采用一块翻板更及时的闭合下料口。
