本实用新型涉及配电箱,具体涉及一种散热型配电箱。
背景技术
随着城市配电网络的发展,近几年来,上马的配电设备不断增多,配电设备能否安全稳定的运行,给城市的供电可靠性带来了一定的难题。目前现有的配电设备的散热功能,是由其箱顶的自带风扇的旋转而带动箱内空气上下流动,从而达到散热目的。箱内通风都是在顶部风扇作用下自上而下,由于配电设备箱体密封,这种散热方式在配电设备所处环境温度比较高时,尤其是在炎热的夏季,散热效果不好,
由于散热不良而引发的故障占所有故障中很大比重。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于:提供一种散热型配电箱,避免通风散热不良现象,保证设备的安全稳定运行,加强供电可靠性管理,改善设备运行状况。
本实用新型的技术解决方案是:在箱体上安装箱门构成配电箱,在箱体内安装排风扇,其特征在于:在箱体的顶部和底部分别设散热孔,在箱体的顶部间隔安装防雨罩。
本实用新型改进配电箱的通风通道,箱内通风变为上下循环,热量能够通过箱顶和箱底的散热孔散出,增加配电箱的散热速度,改善了配电设备的通风效果,避免开关在高温下跳闸,尤其在高温下运行,箱内温度由原来的75℃降到40℃,降温效果显著。

如图1所示,在箱体1上安装箱门2构成配电箱,在箱体1内安装排风扇3,其特征在于:在箱体1的顶部和底部分别设散热孔4,在箱体1的顶部间隔安装防雨罩5。
