本实用新涉及与各种取力器的支架与壳体相联按匹配使用的多功能整体式支架。 
背景技术
目前,市场上使用的主要是一种分体式主动齿轮固定支架,两个支架分别靠支架两端的螺栓及定位销固定在取力器壳体上,当取力器高速运转和输出扭矩时,两端的支架螺栓和定位销会向外移动,产生松脱和损坏。 
发明内容
为了解决现有取力器支架松脱、轴承散架、齿轮损坏等问题,本实用新型提出固定取力器主动齿轮的多功能整体式支架。 
为此,本实用新型技术的方案如下:固定取力器主动齿轮的多功能整体式支架,包括整体支架,整体支架中间设有容纳主动齿轮的空腔,空腔的两侧设有支撑主动齿轮安装轴的支撑孔,整体支架通过螺栓及定位销固定在壳体上。 
有益效果:本实用新型采用整体支架,主动齿轮置于整体支架的中间空腔内;传力时,整体支架两端受力对称,两端的支架螺栓和定位销不会向外移动,提高了连接可靠性,避免取力器支架松脱、轴承散架、齿轮损坏。

具体实施方式
如图1、2所示的固定取力器主动齿轮的多功能整体式支架,包括整体支 架2,整体支架2中间设有容纳主动齿轮4的空腔8,空腔8的两侧设有支撑主动齿轮安装轴的支撑孔,整体支架2通过螺栓6及定位销7固定在取力器壳体1上。 
如图1所示,主动齿轮4通过轴承3支撑在安装轴5上,安装轴5支撑在整体支架2的支撑孔中。
