本实用新型涉及一种船舶建造过程中，横舱壁分段合拢中所使用的临时脚手架装置，所述装置包括脚手架支撑(1)、眼板(2)和脚手板(3)，所述脚手架支撑(1)横向设置，眼板(2)固定设置于脚手架支撑(1)一端，脚手板(3)铺设在脚手架支撑(1)上。采用本实用新型装置在分段合拢时简单、可靠和实用，能在使用最少的脚手架管和搭建工作量的同时达到同样的效果。

本实用新型涉及一种船舶建造过程中，分段合拢期间使用的临时脚手架装置。属船舶制造技术领域。
背景技术
按照船厂惯例，船舶分段合拢期间一般大面积、全船性的搭建脚手架，便于施工和安全。由于这种脚手架数量众多，搭建的工作量大，大面积搭建脚手架危险性大，船台使用周期长。且安装和拆除不方便，又不能循环使用。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服上述不足，提供一种满足合拢工作需求的同时，减少脚手架的数量的横舱壁分段合拢中所使用的临时脚手架装置。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的：一种横舱壁分段合拢中所使用的临时脚手架装置，包括脚手架支撑、眼板和脚手板，所述脚手架支撑横向设置，眼板固定设置于脚手架支撑一端，脚手板铺设在脚手架支撑上。
眼板、脚手架支撑和脚手板组成的临时脚手架平台直接悬挂于船体结构上，以便合拢施工。
本实用新型的有益效果是： 
本实用新型的运用的临时脚手架，不需要大面积全船范围内搭建脚手架，只需要在分段合拢缝处搭建部分的、区域性的脚手架，满足合拢工作需求的同时，减少脚手架的数量和搭建的工作量，并降低了大面积搭建脚手架的危险性，同时这些脚手架可在分段上预装，大大缩短了船台周期。且这些脚手架安装和拆除方便，并能循环使用。
综上，采用本实用新型装置在分段合拢时简单、可靠和实用，能在使用最少的脚手架管和搭建工作量的同时达到同样的效果。

具体实施方式
参见图1，图1为本实用新型横舱壁分段合拢中所使用的临时脚手架装置的结构示意图。由图1可以看出，本实用新型横舱壁分段合拢中所使用的临时脚手架装置，包括脚手架支撑1、眼板2和脚手板3，所述脚手架支撑1横向设置，脚手板3铺设在脚手架支撑1上，眼板2固定设置于脚手架支撑1一端。
将眼板先预装在分段上，在分段完工后将脚手架支撑固定好。待分段合拢时再将脚手板安装固定好。
具体操作过程如下：
1、将眼板根据需要的高度和间距预装在分段结构中；
2、待分段油漆结束后，将吊架和脚手管及辅助脚手管等固定好，并将悬挂梯也固定好；
3、横舱壁分段合拢时，按图2和图3所示在大合拢缝处自下往上，从两侧往中间铺设脚手板。
4、在船体整体油漆结束后，再最终将脚手架全部拆除，并不破坏油漆。

1.一种横舱壁分段合拢中所使用的临时脚手架装置，其特征在于所述装置包括脚手架支撑(1)、眼板(2)和脚手板(3)，所述脚手架支撑(1)横向设置，眼板(2)固定设置于脚手架支撑(1)一端，脚手板(3)铺设在脚手架支撑(1)上。
