Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种涂装流水线的喷房，它包括有外壳、水循环管道、水帘管道、弧形水帘板、以及喷淋水幕管道，其中，水帘管道、弧形水帘板、喷淋水幕管道设置在外壳内部，水帘管道和喷淋水幕管道与水循环管道相连，所述的水循环管道伸出外壳外端，并与设置在外壳后端的水槽中的立式循环泵相连。所述的喷淋水幕管道上方设有百叶片。本实用新型的水循环管道与设置在外壳后端水槽中的立式循环泵相连，可以实现自动补水，实现水的循环利用，降低了生产成本，实际使用效果良好。

涂装流水线上设置有喷房，以对工件进行喷漆作业。目前使用的涂装房在水循环利用上存在一定的缺陷，循环水因油漆渣过多而容易堵住水泵或导致水泵漏水，水帘及喷淋水幕无法长期正常运行。

本实用新型的目的在于针对现有技术存在的不足之处而提供一种新的涂装流水线的喷房，它具有结构简单紧凑、可解决循环水油漆渣过多而堵住水泵的现象。
为实现上述目的，本实用新型的涂装流水线的喷房包括有外壳、水循环管道、水帘管道、弧形水帘板、以及喷淋水幕管道，其中，水帘管道、弧形水帘板、喷淋水幕管道设置在外壳内部，水帘管道和喷淋水幕管道与水循环管道相连，所述的水循环管道伸出外壳外端，并与设置在外壳后端的水槽中的立式循环泵相连。
作为上述技术方案的优选，所述的喷淋水幕管道上方设有百叶片。
本实用新型的有益效果在于：其前端具有多道过滤，弧形水帘板可以有效去除漆雾，从而解决循环水因油漆渣过多而堵住水泵或导致水泵漏水的现象，保证水帘及喷淋水幕长期正常运行；另外，其水循环管道与设置在外壳后端水槽中的立式循环泵相连，可以实现自动补水，实现水的循环利用，降低了生产成本，实际使用效果良好。

见附图1和附图2所示：本实用新型的涂装流水线的喷房，包括有外壳10、水循环管道20、水帘管道30、弧形水帘板40、以及喷淋水幕管道50，其中，水帘管道30、弧形水帘板40、喷淋水幕管道50设置在外壳10内部，水帘管道30和喷淋水幕管道50与水循环管道20相连，喷淋水幕管道50的上方设有百叶片70；水循环管道20伸出外壳10外端，并与设置在外壳10后端的水槽11中的立式循环泵60相连，以实现水的循环利用。
在对工件进行喷漆的过程中，水帘管道30在外壳10内形成水帘，挡住油漆雾，同时对粘附在弧形水帘板40上的油漆进行冲刷，以保证弧形水帘板40的清洁。喷淋水幕管道50形成的水幕可冲刷大量排出去的油漆，未被冲刷的油漆则被百叶片70阻挡，大量粘附于百叶片70，大大减少了油漆、灰尘等杂质，使其落入外壳10底部的杂质箱内。

1.一种涂装流水线的喷房，包括有外壳(10)、水循环管道(20)、水帘管道(30)、弧形水帘板(40)、以及喷淋水幕管道(50)，其特征在于：水帘管道(30)、弧形水帘板(40)、喷淋水幕管道(50)设置在外壳(10)内部，水帘管道(30)和喷淋水幕管道(50)与水循环管道(20)相连，水循环管道(20)伸出外壳(10)外端，并与设置在外壳(10)后端的水槽(11)中的立式循环泵(60)相连。
2.根据权利要求1所述的涂装流水线的喷房，其特征在于：所述的喷淋水幕管道(50)上方设有百叶片(70)。
