[0001] 本实用新型涉及到电动汽车的动力电池热交换装置。 背景技术
[0002] 随着环保和节能的要求,混合动力汽车和纯电动汽车越来越收到政府和汽车厂商 的重视。而动力电池组的性能成为电动汽车的核心技术。随着技术的发展,动力电池的容 量及电功率越来越大。在大功率充放电过程中,电池却会产生大量的热量使其温度上升,不 同电池单体的温度差异变大,而高温及电池间的温差会极大的影响电池的寿命和可靠性。
[0003] 在气温较低的冬天,动力电池的温度过低会降低电池的容量,导致难以启动汽车 或影响加速性能。
[0004] 当前,动力电池都设有冷却和加热装置,它仅仅采用被动风冷的方式,不能满足越 来越大的冷却性能要求,特别是不能满足温度均勻性的要求。
发明内容
[0005] 本实用新型的目的在于提供一种电动汽车用动力电池的冷却及加热装置,它是一 种能满足动力电池冷却和加热的性能及电池温度均勻性的装置。
[0006] 为实现上述目的,本实用新型的技术方案为:
[0007] 本实用新型包括有导热铝板、冷却管、绝热垫、电池模组、电池组底板、主回液管、 主进液管,电池模组、导热铝板、绝热垫、电池组底板自上而下相互连接,导热铝板上有若干 个凹槽,每一个U形弯管的冷却管通过导热铝板上的两个凹槽,U形弯管的冷却管的一边是 进液管,另一边是出液管,其进液管与主进液管连接,出液管与主进液管连接,电池模组由 一个或一个以上的电池单体组成。
[0008] 本实用新型能有效的调节电池模组的温度,并有效降低电池模组内各个电池间的 温差,保证电池始终在最佳温度范围内工作,提高电池的寿命及可靠性,还能实现冬天预热 电池,提高电池的性能。

[0013] 图1-3中:电池模组5、导热铝板1、绝热垫4、电池组底板6自上而下相互紧密相 连,四个弹性支撑3在电池组底板6的上面并在导热铝板1上的四个边上支撑导热铝板1, 导热铝板1上有四个凹槽,两根U形弯管的冷却管2分别在4个凹槽内,冷却管2 —边的进水管与主进液管8连接,另一边的出水管与主回液管7连接。
[0014] 当电池模组5需要冷却时,冷却介质通过主进液管8流入冷却管2内一边的进液 管中,再经过冷却管2另一边的出液管中,最后由主回液管7中流出,此时,将电池模组5冷 却降温,并能使电池模组5的电池单体温度均勻一致。通过调节冷却液的温度及流量,即可 控制电池模组5的温度。
[0015] 冬天,当电池模组5需要升温时,热介质通过主进液管8流入冷却管2内一边的进 液管中,再经过冷却管2另一边的出水管中,最后由主回液管7中流出。此时将电池模组5 加热及使电池模组5的电池单体温度均勻一致,并通过调节热液的温度及流量即可控制电 池模组5的温度。
