本实用新型公开了一种防滑膨胀螺丝,涉及一种连接紧固件领域。本实用新型解决目前人们通常在紧固膨胀螺丝时存在螺杆旋转打滑以致无法达到紧固的效果及导致在安装时使用的成功率低而造成浪费等问题。该膨胀螺丝包括膨胀套管、有锥头的螺杆及螺母,所述有锥头的螺杆相对于锥头的一端设置为横截面为正多边形的柱状多面体的螺帽。使用本实用新型的膨胀螺丝能够有效地增强紧固效果,杜绝了在安装过程中存在螺杆旋转打滑的现象,提高了膨胀螺丝在安装时的成功率。

本实用新型涉及一种连接紧固件,特别是涉及一种膨胀螺丝。
背景技术
目前,建筑上普遍用膨胀螺丝将物体紧固。一般的膨胀螺丝由膨胀套管、带锥头的螺杆、螺母等组成,其中膨胀套管的一端开有膨胀槽,螺杆的一端有锥头,安装时首先在墙壁上钻孔,将螺杆、膨胀套管放入孔中,然后拧动螺母拉动螺杆,螺杆的锥头挤压膨胀套管膨胀端使之膨胀,与墙壁孔胀紧,将被安装的物件固定在墙壁上。现有的膨胀螺丝一般是在水泥、砖等材料上的紧固,在施工过程中有时会因为墙体松软,或者是由于膨胀套管的膨胀端材料硬度不够,在紧固膨胀螺丝时而导致螺杆旋转打滑,无法达到紧固的效果;又因为在安装的过程中存在螺杆旋转打滑的现象,因此使得一般的膨胀螺丝在安装时的成功率较低。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是为了克服现有技术中的不足,提供一种在安装时能有效防止螺杆打滑并极大地提高安装时的成功率的防滑膨胀螺丝。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型提供一种防滑膨胀螺丝,包括膨胀套管、有锥头的螺杆及螺母,所述有锥头的螺杆相对于锥头的一端设置为横截面为正多边形的柱状多面体的螺帽。
横截面为正多边形的柱状多面体的螺帽的横截面正多边形的各对角线均小于或等于螺杆本体的直径。
所述横截面为正多边形的柱状多面体的螺帽的横截面为正六边形。
本实用新型有益效果是:使用本实用新型的膨胀螺丝能够有效地提高紧固效果,杜绝了在安装过程中存在螺杆旋转打滑的现象,提高了膨胀螺丝在安装时的成功率,具有结构合理、操作简单、使用安全可靠等优点。

具体实施方式
一种防滑膨胀螺丝,包括螺杆2、螺母1、膨胀套管4,膨胀套管4的一端开有膨胀槽6,螺杆2的一端有锥头5。本实用新型可以根据使用的需要在所述有锥头5的螺杆2相对于锥头5的一端设置有横截面为正六边形的柱状多面体的螺帽3,横截面正六边形的各对角线均小于或等于螺杆2本体的直径。
使用时,将螺杆2带有锥头5的一端位于膨胀套管4带有膨胀槽6的一端,然后把整个膨胀螺丝放入打好的孔中,通过螺母1拉动螺杆2进行紧固。若膨胀套管4或螺杆2旋转打滑时用扳手或其它工具固定螺帽3,用另一扳手或其它工具旋转螺母1以使螺杆2回缩;或者用扳手或其它工具固定螺母1,用另一扳手或其它工具旋转螺杆2另一端所设置的螺帽3以使螺杆2回缩,依靠螺杆2带有的锥头5使膨胀套管4发生膨胀,膨胀套管4带膨胀槽6的一端逐渐被撑开,将整个膨胀螺丝在孔内卡紧,最终达到增加了膨胀螺丝的紧固度,防滑加力、增强紧固效果的目的。

1.一种防滑膨胀螺丝,包括膨胀套管、有锥头的螺杆及螺母,其特征在于,所述有锥头的螺杆相对于锥头的一端设置为横截面为正多边形的柱状多面体的螺帽。
2.根据权利要求1所述的防滑膨胀螺丝,其特征在于,横截面为正多边形的柱状多面体的螺帽的横截面正多边形的各对角线均小于或等于螺杆本体的直径。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的防滑膨胀螺丝,其特征在于,所述横截面为正多边形的柱状多面体的螺帽的横截面为正六边形。
