技术领域：本实用新型属汽车零部件技术领域，具体涉及一种全表面无内胎车轮。
背景技术：目前，轮辋与轮辐结合部位在底槽位置，轮辐尺寸和散热孔的大小都受限，很难既保证车轮的散热效果，同时又提高车轮强度，当汽车高速行驶时，因散热慢而引起爆胎，导致交通事故，甚至造成车毁人亡。
发明内容：本实用新型的目的是提供一种能提高车轮强度，散热效果好，造型美观，安全性高的全表面无内胎车轮。
本实用新型的技术方案是：一种全表面无内胎车轮，包括轮辐和轮辋，其特征是：在轮辋的标定尺寸处与轮辐焊接于一体，在轮辐上均布设有多个大面积散热孔；所述的标定尺寸直径为：8～22英寸，宽度为：3～12英寸。
由于采用上述技术方案，将轮辋与轮辐结合位置在标定尺寸处，相当于轮辐的直径加大了35-40mm，从而能加大散热孔的面积，比普通钢制车轮散热面积增加了20％左右，有效缓解了汽车高速行驶时散热能力不足的缺点，降低了爆胎的风险，在满足装配轮胎的同时，又提高了局部强度，进而提高了车轮强度，因而具有能提高车轮强度，散热效果好，造型美观，安全性高的优点。
