技术领域:本实用新型属汽车零部件技术领域,具体涉及一种全表面无内胎车轮。
背景技术:目前,轮辋与轮辐结合部位在底槽位置,轮辐尺寸和散热孔的大小都受限,很难既保证车轮的散热效果,同时又提高车轮强度,当汽车高速行驶时,因散热慢而引起爆胎,导致交通事故,甚至造成车毁人亡。
发明内容:本实用新型的目的是提供一种能提高车轮强度,散热效果好,造型美观,安全性高的全表面无内胎车轮。
本实用新型的技术方案是:一种全表面无内胎车轮,包括轮辐和轮辋,其特征是:在轮辋的标定尺寸处与轮辐焊接于一体,在轮辐上均布设有多个大面积散热孔;所述的标定尺寸直径为:8~22英寸,宽度为:3~12英寸。
由于采用上述技术方案,将轮辋与轮辐结合位置在标定尺寸处,相当于轮辐的直径加大了35-40mm,从而能加大散热孔的面积,比普通钢制车轮散热面积增加了20%左右,有效缓解了汽车高速行驶时散热能力不足的缺点,降低了爆胎的风险,在满足装配轮胎的同时,又提高了局部强度,进而提高了车轮强度,因而具有能提高车轮强度,散热效果好,造型美观,安全性高的优点。
