一种带温感的锂电池极柱,它能检测出锂电池极柱与导线连接出现松动的问题。它是采用在锂电池极柱与连接导线周围预置温度探测器的方式,通过采集温度探测器的数据来判断锂电池极柱与导线连接状态。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及应用于要求预测锂电池极柱与导线连接状态好坏的场合,尤其是车载或其他震动场合的连接状态的预测。 
背景技术
目前,公知的锂电池极柱与导线的插接或螺栓紧固等连接方式均由连接各部分的机械体组成。当由于震动等原因,极柱与导线连接部位的松动不宜被发现,如此状况长期工作容易造成连接体局部过热损坏或熔短断路。 
发明内容
为了克服现有的锂电池极柱与连接导线连接出现松动不宜被发现的现象,本实用新型提供一种锂电池极柱与连接导线防松动的检测方案。 
该极柱方案能够解决锂电池极柱与连接导线连接部位松动后能够及时发现并及时处理的问题。 
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是: 
在锂电池极柱与连接导线的导电体接触部位四周合适位置放置一个温度探测器。 
使用时将温度探测器预置在连接导体上或预埋在外壳绝缘层里面或上面,当锂电池极柱与导线连接部位出现连接松动时,则会在松动的部位产生较大的热量,温度探测器会将温度变化传送给信号接收端,通过温度信号的变化来判断锂电池极柱与导线的连接状态。 
本实用新型的有益效果是,可以长期监测锂电池极柱与导线的连接状态,及时发现锂电池极柱与导线的松动现象,避免因连接松动而造成的导体过热或烧毁。

具体实施方式
在图1中,在锂电池极柱或连接件的接触连接部位周围的导电体上预置一个温度探测器。连接紧固后将温度探测器信号送给接收端处理分析判断。

1.一种带温感的锂电池极柱,其构造是:在接触部四周合适位置放置温度探测器;其特征是:电池连接导体与锂电池极柱相互连接,在连接部位外侧预置温度探测器。
