现有电磁炉的主控电路板和散热器均设在气流通道中,水汽、灰尘、油烟等物质吹至主控电路板表面,导致主控电路板表面的电子元件短路,影响了电磁炉的寿命。
发明内容
因此,本实用新型的目的在于提供一种只对散热器进行风冷降温的、以实现保护主控电路板的电磁炉。
本实用新型的技术方案是这样实现的:
一种电磁炉,包括壳体、主控电路板、散热器和风扇,壳体设有散热进风口和散热出风口,所述主控电路板安装于散热器表面,散热进风口和散热出风口之间在壳体内形成一条气流通道,散热器设于气流通道中,主控电路板设于气流通道外。
上述技术方案还可作下述进一步完善:
所述主控电路板设在气流通道上方,主控电路板与气流通道之间通过隔板隔开。
本实用新型通过对主控电路板结构的进一步完善,使主控电路板工作时温度升高有限,因此主控电路板只需通过散热器进行散热,通过隔板设计,把主控电路板设在气流通道外侧,外界气流只吹向散热器,水汽、油汽不会粘附于主控电路板表面,很好的保护了主控电路板,延长了电磁炉的使用寿命。

实施例,结合图1和图2,一种电磁炉,包括壳体1、主控电路板2、散热器3和风扇4,壳体1设有散热进风口5和散热出风口5’,风扇4设在散热进风口5处,所述主控电路板2安装于散热器3表面,散热进风口和散热出风口之间在壳体内形成一条气流通道6,主控电路板2与气流通道6之间通过隔板7隔开,散热器3设于气流通道6中,主控电路板2设于气流通道6外侧。

1.一种电磁炉,包括壳体、主控电路板、散热器和风扇,壳体设有散热进风口和散热出风口,其特征在于:所述主控电路板安装于散热器表面,散热进风口和散热出风口之间在壳体内形成一条气流通道,散热器设于气流通道中,主控电路板设于气流通道外。
2.根据权利要求1所述电磁炉,其特征在于:所述主控电路板设在气流通道上方,主控电路板与气流通道之间通过隔板隔开。
