本实用新型公开了一种单面带骨架式三唇橡胶密封圈的圆锥滚子轴承,包括内圈、外圈、滚子,保持架;还包括一个外周面上设有三个唇环的密封圈,密封圈整体呈设有两套环的环杯状,环体内设有两个环杯形支撑骨架;外骨架设于密封圈外环体内,内骨架外周面与密封圈内环面一体化固定连接,内周面与内圈的挡边紧配合连接,密封圈的内唇环为圆套环形,设于外骨架环顶朝向内侧;中唇环为圆锥套环形面,设于外骨架环外周面呈锐角朝向内侧;外唇环为圆套环形,设于外骨架环外周面朝向外侧;保持架为缩口形保持架,大端为圆套环形。由于设有带三个唇环的密封圈,密封效果好,由于密封圈与内组件形成整体,便于轴承在各种设备和周边条件下装卸。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及轴承技术领域,尤其涉及一种单面带骨架式三唇橡胶密封图的圆锥滚子轴承。
背景技术
现有技术中通用标称型号为30211的圆锥滚子轴承,其外形尺寸由国家标准规定,其内部各结构参数则由国家轴承研究单位制定,全国统一采用。其结构如图1所示,包括一个设有挡边的内圈2、一个外圈1、十六个圆锥滚子3、一个圆锥面环形的圆锥形保持架4;圆锥形保持架4大端的内径为87.5mm、小端的内径为77.6mm、压坡角为22°30′。在一般情况下,圆锥滚子轴承是成对安装在主机工作轴的两端上。为了防止轴承工作时灰尘和污物从轴承的外侧进入轴承,引起轴承损坏,主机设计时需要在轴承的外侧另行设置密封装置(轴承的内侧是箱体内部,一般不需要密封)。
采用现有技术的圆锥滚子轴承并在轴承的外侧另行设置密封装置,当然可以正常使用。但采用现有技术的30211轴承的某些主机设备可能受到设备自身结构特征限制,或周边布局限制无法在轴承的外侧位置另行设置密封装置,因此,发明一种在30211轴承技术基础上轴承自身带有一个侧面一体化密封结构的技术成为人们的迫切需要。
实用新型内容
为克服现有技术的不足,本实用新型提供一种在30211轴承技术基础上改进,使轴承自身带有一体化密封结构,且密封效果好,使用寿命长的圆锥滚子轴承。
本实用新型为达到上述技术目的所采用的技术方案是:一种单面带骨架式三唇橡胶密封圈的圆锥滚子轴承,包括一个设有挡边的内圈、一个外圈、圆锥滚子,一个小端、中端为圆锥环形面的保持架;其特征在于:还包括一个外周面上设有三个唇环的密封圈,密封圈整体呈设有两套环的环杯状,环体内设有两个环杯形支撑骨架;外骨架设于密封圈外环体内,内骨架外周面与密封圈内环面一体化固定连接,内周面与内圈的挡边紧配合连接,密封圈的内唇环为圆套环形,设于外骨架环顶朝向内侧;中唇环为圆锥套环形面,设于外骨架环外周面呈锐角朝向内侧;外唇环为圆套环形,设于外骨架环外周面朝向外侧;保持架为缩口形保持架,大端为圆套环形。
所述缩口形保持架大端内径为83.5mm、小端内径为75.8mm、压坡角为17度。
所述密封圈的外唇,其外径尺寸与轴承外圈外径尺寸相等,设置于箱体承载轴孔中的轴承,其外唇外表面与箱体承载轴孔面密合连接。
所述密封圈的中唇,其端面与轴承外圈的窄端面压合连接。
所述密封圈的内唇,其端面与轴承外圈滚道的边缘面压合连接。
本实用新型的有益效果是:由于设有带三个密封唇的密封圈,三个密封唇对灰尘和污物先后进行三次拦阻,灰尘和污物很难进入轴承内部,密封效果好,轴承的使用寿命长。此外,由于密封圈的内骨架过盈配合在内圈的挡边上,密封圈与内组件形成了一个整体,便于轴承在各种设备和周边条件下的安装和拆卸。

本实用新型的实施例,如图2、图3、图4所示,一种单面带骨架式三唇橡胶密封圈的圆锥滚子轴承,包括一个设有挡边的内圈2、一个外圈1、圆锥滚子3,一个小端、中端为圆锥环形面的保持架;其特征在于:还包括一个外周面上设有三个唇环的密封圈6,密封圈6整体呈设有两套环的环杯状,环体内设有两个环杯形支撑骨架;外骨架10设于密封圈6外环体内,内骨架11外周面与密封圈6内环面一体化固定连接,内周面与内圈2的挡边紧配合连接,密封圈6的内唇9环为圆套环形,设于外骨架10环顶朝向内侧;中唇8环为圆锥套环形面,设于外骨架10环外周面呈锐角朝向内侧;外唇7环为圆套环形,设于外骨架11环外周面朝向外侧;保持架为缩口形保持架5,大端为圆套环形。密封圈6与内组件(内圈、滚子和保持架的组合件)形成一个整体。
所述缩口形保持架5大端内径为83.5mm、小端内径为75.8mm、压坡角为17度。
所述密封圈6的外唇7,其外径尺寸与轴承外圈1外径尺寸相等,设置于箱体承载轴孔中的轴承,其外唇7外表面与箱体承载轴孔面密合连接。作用是初次拦阻灰尘和污物。
所述密封圈的中唇8,其端面与轴承外圈1的窄端面压合连接。作用是第二次拦阻灰尘和污物。
所述密封圈的内唇9,其端面与轴承外圈1滚道的边缘面压合连接。作用是第三次拦阻灰尘和污物。
密封圈6可用橡胶密封圈。
所述缩口形保持架5,其结构和尺寸与标称型号为30211轴承的圆锥形保持架4不同,主要不同点是:
缩口形保持架5的大端由圆锥面形改为圆柱面形,即保持架为缩口形。
保持架大端的内径由φ87.5mm改为φ83.5mm。
保持架小端的内径由φ77.6mm改为φ75.8mm。
保持架的压坡角由22°30′改为17°。
本实用新型轴承更改保持架结构和尺寸的目的,是避免保持架与密封圈6干涉,保证轴承正常运转。

1.一种单面带骨架式三唇橡胶密封圈的圆锥滚子轴承,包括一个设有挡边的内圈、一个外圈、圆锥滚子,一个小端、中端为圆锥环形面的保持架;其特征在于:还包括一个外周面上设有三个唇环的密封圈,密封圈整体呈设有两套环的环杯状,环体内设有两个环杯形支撑骨架;外骨架设于密封圈外环体内,内骨架外周面与密封圈内环面一体化固定连接,内周面与内圈的挡边紧配合连接,密封圈的内唇环为圆套环形,设于外骨架环顶朝向内侧;中唇环为圆锥套环形面,设于外骨架环外周面呈锐角朝向内侧;外唇环为圆套环形,设于外骨架环外周面朝向外侧;保持架为缩口形保持架,大端为圆套环形。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种单面带骨架式三唇橡胶密封圈的圆锥滚子轴承,其特征在于:所述缩口形保持架大端内径为83.5mm、小端内径为75.8mm、压坡角为17度。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种单面带骨架式三唇橡胶密封圈的圆锥滚子轴承,其特征在于:所述密封圈的外唇,其外径尺寸与轴承外圈外径尺寸相等,设置于箱体承载轴孔中的轴承,其外唇外表面与箱体承载轴孔面密合连接。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种单面带骨架式三唇橡胶密封圈的圆锥滚子轴承,其特征在于:所述密封圈的中唇,其端面与轴承外圈的窄端面压合连接。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种单面带骨架式三唇橡胶密封圈的圆锥滚子轴承,其特征在于:所述密封圈的内唇,其端面与轴承外圈滚道的边缘面压合连接。
