背景技术
以往处理腐蚀性气体的大型风机主要是使用不锈钢材质,长期使用腐蚀气体会破坏叶轮的表面,影响其使用寿命。另外由于风机叶轮受材质影响,叶片只做成单片式,叶片高度受限制,且叶轮前盘的风量风压很难提升,影响了风机的使用效果。 
发明内容
本实用新型目的是提供一种结构简单,提升了风机的风量风压,延长叶轮在腐蚀气体环境下的使用寿命的增强型风机叶轮。 
一种增强型风机叶轮,包括叶轮,叶轮上设置若干片叶片,每片叶轮的厚度沿中部向两端递减,位于叶片一侧的叶轮上连接叶轮前盘,叶轮前盘朝向叶片弧形过渡。 
本实用新型采用上述技术方案,与现有技术相比具有如下优点:本实用新型的叶片呈机翼形,叶轮高度得到提高,叶轮前盘采用圆弧式结构,使得玻璃钢风机也能使用在需要大风量高压力的含腐蚀环境里。结构简单,提升了风机的风量风压,延长叶轮在腐蚀气体环境下的使用寿命。
