本实用新型涉及一种风轮,具体是一种离心式单向风轮。
背景技术
目前,市场上大多数风轮是利用单向叶片来实现单向排风的离心式单向风轮,但这种单向风轮由于叶片角度和叶片形状的设计达不到理想的性能要求,从而造成排风效率较低。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的旨在提供一种结构简单合理、能较大提高排风效率的离心式单向风轮,以克服现有技术中的不足之处。
按此目的设计的一种离心式单向风轮,包括前盘和轮毂,单向叶片设置在前盘和轮毂之间,其中所述单向叶片的横截面为J字形。
所述J字形叶片由直线段和圆弧段组成,其直线段与直线段起点和风轮中心的连线的夹角a为45°~55°。
所述单向叶片等距离排列,且叶片与风轮轴线平行。
本实用新型结构简单合理,由于采用J字形叶片,可使得本产品在相同的外部条件下,比其它产品能更大的增加风压和风量,提高排风效率,从而提高整机效率。

参见图1、2、3,在本实施例中,离心式单向风轮,包括前盘1和轮毂2,单向叶片3设置在前盘1和轮毂2之间,所述单向叶片3的横截面为J字形,J字形叶片由直线段和圆弧段组成,其直线段与直线段起点和风轮中心的连线的夹角a为45°~55°。所述单向叶片3等距离排列,且叶片与风轮轴线平行。
