背景技术
在涡轮增压器中,压气机叶轮叶片型式多样,但其进气口处基本都是一直线形,多个此种叶片呈一长叶片及一短叶片均匀分布在轮毂上。此种叶片的缺点是空气进入压气机叶轮时阻力大,应力集中,在高转速时尤其容易造成叶片断裂,不利于增压器进一步提高性能。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种进气口弧线形压气机叶轮,为涡轮增压器压气机叶轮,该压气机叶轮能减小进气阻力,降低叶片应力,提高了进气效率,同时叶片强度得到改善,适应了涡轮增压器高效率、高转速的要求。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的:在压气机叶轮叶片进气口处采用圆弧形,弧线与气流流动方向相同。
本实用新型克服了涡轮增压器压气机叶轮存在的缺点,它的应用将使涡轮增压器运转更加稳定,寿命更长,其优点是:
1.压气机叶轮叶片气流进口处的弧线形减小了进气阻力;
2.压气机叶轮叶片气流进口处的弧线形将进入叶轮的空气扫气更充分、更彻底;
3.降低了叶片应力,提高了叶片强度和涡轮增压器进气效率。
