本实用新型涉及一种纺丝机，具体说是一种纺丝机热水槽。
背景技术
热水槽是纺丝机的重要组成部分，能提供单联丝牵伸取向时所需足够的牵伸热能，一般保证水温达到95度即可，传统的热水槽是一种既没有保温夹层，又无密封盖的金属容器，直接通入蒸汽加热，需要不断的送汽，大量的热能被扩散到空中，造成能源浪费80%以上，而且容器内的温度不均匀，影响单联丝牵伸，使丝线拉力达不到预定的强度，单联丝粗细不均匀，亮度和光泽度不高，耐磨性能、断裂强度和断裂伸长达不到国标GB10023-88的要求。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种保温性能好的纺丝机热水槽。
本实用新型是采用如下技术方案实现其发明目的的，一种纺丝机热水槽，它包括槽体，其特征是槽体外设有保温夹层，上面设有活动的保温盖。
为了节约能源，本实用新型槽体内设有蛇形散热管，蛇形散热管一端与温控气动蒸汽阀门连接。
由于采用上述技术方案，本实用新型较好的实现了发明目的，其结构简单，节约能源，降低了生产成本，热水槽内温度稳定均匀，保证了单联丝牵伸各项指标达到国标要求，提高了产品质量。

下面结合附图及实施例对本实用新型作进一步说明。
由图1可知，一种纺丝机热水槽，它包括槽体2，其特征是槽体2外设有保温夹层4，上面设有活动的保温盖5。
为了节约能源，本实用新型槽体2内设有蛇形散热管3，蛇形散热管3一端与温控气动蒸汽阀门1连接。
本实用新型通过采用温控气动蒸汽阀门1将蒸汽通入蛇形散热管3内对热水槽进行加热，当温度低于设定温度（本实施例为95度）时，温控气动蒸汽阀门1自动打开送汽；当温度高于设定温度时，温控气动蒸汽阀门1关闭。通入蛇形散热管3内的蒸汽冷凝成水后，补充热水槽内的水损失。

1.一种纺丝机热水槽，它包括槽体（2），其特征是槽体（2）外设有保温夹层（4），上面设有活动的保温盖（5）。
2.根据权利要求1所述的纺丝机热水槽，其特征是槽体（2）内设有蛇形散热管（3），蛇形散热管（3）一端与温控气动蒸汽阀门（1）连接。
