如图1所示,本实用新型高速分料机构主要由支架1、X方向旋转机构2、Y方向旋转机构3、分料头4与分料盘5组成。分料盘安装在呈板状的支架上,分料盘的顶面为球型分料面。X方向旋转机构主要由电机21、传动轮22、传动带23与转轴24组成,一传动轮安装在电机轴上,另一传动轮安装在转轴上,两传动轮通过传动带连接,电机通过传动轮与传动带带动转轴转动,转轴的另一端连接在分料头上。Y方向旋转机构主要由电机31、传动轮32、传动带33与转轴34组成,一传动轮安装在电机轴上,另一传动轮安装在转轴上,两传动轮通过传动带连接,电机通过传动轮与传动带带动转轴转动,转轴的另一端连接在分料头上。两个旋转机构带动分料头做球形运动,以期快速分料和降低机构震动,并提高机械稳定性。
