本实用新型是为了克服现有技术的不足,提供一种风能发电用耐寒耐扭转软电缆,使其具有良好的耐寒性、抗扭转性和柔软性。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的:风能发电用耐寒耐扭转软电缆,包括缆芯,缆芯外绕包复合无纺布包带层,在复合无纺布包带层外设置铜丝编织屏蔽层,在铜丝编织屏蔽层外挤包橡皮隔离层,在橡皮隔离层外绕包芳纶纱编织承重加强层,在芳纶纱编织承重加强层外挤包氯磺化聚乙烯外护套;所述缆芯包括相互绞合四组线芯和填充料,每组线芯分别包括镀锡铜丝导体和挤包在镀锡铜丝导体外的乙丙橡皮绝缘层。
