Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种照明装置更具体地说是一种强制对流散热的LED灯管。它包括直管状的灯管,在灯管内腔端部设置有LED灯珠;灯管的端部连接有一段接线管,接线管前端连接灯管,接线管后端设置引出电极;接线管内腔前端设置有与LED灯珠安装基板连接的散热片,在接线管中部设置有轴流风扇,在接线管后段的管壁上设置有进气格栅,在接线管后段的散热片外围的管壁上开有出气格栅。本实用新型的强制对流散热的LED灯管通过轴流风扇LED灯珠和电源电路板进行强制散热,并配备温度保险丝控制电路通断的结构,使其具有结构紧凑、散热效果好的优点,使得灯管维护频率低、安全系数高、整体使用寿命长。

背景技术
[0002] 目前的LED照明灯具具有功耗小、亮度高、冷光源等优点,是具有良好发展前景的 照明方式。但现有家用LED照明灯都是采用无源散热方式,使用小功率的LED灯珠,数量就 多,体积变大,生产成本居高不下。使用大功率的LED灯珠,发热量大,由于散热片的体积较 大,因而也使灯具的体积增大带来灯具使用的不方便,同时由于现有灯具在使用中散热片 周围空气流动不佳,造成散热效果差,而LED是一种电子元器件,过高的工作温度直接缩短 了 LED的使用寿命。因散热片过大和使用寿命短的原因也使得照明成本居高不下,不利于 LED照明灯具的普及。
发明内容
[0003] 本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种不但散热性能好、使用寿命长而且体 积小、生产成本低的强制对流散热的LED灯管。
[0004] 为了解决上述技术问题本实用新型的强制对流散热的LED灯管包括有直管状的 灯管,在灯管内腔端部设置有LED灯珠;灯管的端部连接有一段接线管,接线管前端连接灯 管,接线管后端设置引出电极;接线管内腔前端设置有与LED灯珠安装基板连接的散热片, 在接线管中部设置有轴流风扇,在接线管后段的管壁上设置有进气格栅,在接线管后段的 散热片外围的管壁上开有出气格栅。
[0005] 在轴流风扇与进气格栅之间的接线管内腔中设置有电源电路板;所述电源电路板 的边缘与位于接线管管壁内侧的一对插槽插接连接。

[0009] 本实用新型的强制对流散热的LED灯管通过轴流风扇对LED灯珠和电源电路板进 行强制散热,并配备温度保险丝控制电路通断的结构,使其具有结构紧凑、散热效果好的优 点,使得灯管维护频率低、安全系数高、整体使用寿命长。同时简单的散热结构使本实用新 型的LED灯管式样、尺寸接近于普通T型灯管,可与普通T型灯管直接替换,去掉原电路中 的镇流器等零件,直接与交流电连接即可使用,因而本实用新型的LED灯管具有广阔的推 广应用前景。

[0014] 如图所示,本实用新型的强制对流散热的LED灯管包括有直管状的灯管1,在灯管 内腔端部设置有LED灯珠2 ;灯管的端部连接有一段接线管3,接线管前端连接灯管,接线管 后端设置引出电极4 ;接线管内腔前端设置有与LED灯珠安装基板连接的散热片5,在接线 管3中部设置有轴流风扇6,在接线管后段的管壁上设置有进气格栅7,在接线管后段的散 热片5外围的管壁上开有出气格栅8。在轴流风扇6与进气格栅7之间的接线管内腔中设 置有电源电路板9,电源电路板9的边缘与位于接线管管壁内侧的一对插槽10插接连接(如 图2)。LED灯珠的电源回路中连接有温度保险丝11。电源电路板9上包括有场效应管12, 场效应管上安装有场效应管散热片13。如图3所示,散热片5由矩阵排列的多个狭长的铝 片组成,使得气流可以从铝片之间的间隙通过,以带走热量。
[0015] 本实用新型实施例中,灯管的直径为Φ3-5(ίΠΐ,风扇电机的电压6V,功率为 0.5-2W。电源电路板包括两个部分,一部分是通常的LED照明驱动电源,带有恒流控制,另 一部分是简单的变压器,供驱动风扇使用。由于恒流控制大多需要用到场效应管等类似高 发热量的原件,而电容在高温下寿命不是很长,所以,把场效应管上加装一个场效应管散热 片。
[0016] 当使用LED灯管进行照明时,轴流风扇带动空气从进气格栅进入,经过电源,风 扇,带走电源和电机工作产生的热量,再经过矩阵散热片,带走LED灯珠的热量由出气格栅 排出。
[0017] 当风扇损坏,或某些使用不当的原因,等其他因素导致散热效率下降,LED灯珠基 板温度上升,当达到95或105度时,(取决于温度保险丝选用的规格)温度保险丝自动断开, LED电路断开,此时LED灯管不亮,主要发热部件停止工作,温度下降,并提醒用户更换。
[0018] 本实用新型强制对流散热的LED管成品的技术性能指标如下:
[0019] (1)工作条件:在室温30°时,稳定工作后,各部件温度在60°C以下;
[0020] (2)风扇的功率占灯具的总功率20%以下;

Claims (6)
1. 一种强制对流散热的LED灯管,包括有直管状的灯管(1),在灯管内腔端部设置有 LED灯珠(2),其特征是:灯管的端部连接有一段接线管(3),接线管前端连接灯管,接线管 后端设置引出电极(4);接线管内腔前端设置有与LED灯珠安装基板连接的散热片(5),在 接线管(3)中部设置有轴流风扇(6),在接线管后段的管壁上设置有进气格栅(7),在接线 管后段的散热片(5)外围的管壁上开有出气格栅(8)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的强制对流散热的LED灯管,其特征是:在轴流风扇(6)与进气 格栅(7)之间的接线管内腔中设置有电源电路板(9)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的强制对流散热的LED灯管,其特征是:电源电路板(9)的边缘 与位于接线管管壁内侧的一对插槽(10)插接连接。
4.根据权利要求1 一 3之一所述的强制对流散热的LED灯管,其特征是:LED灯珠的电 源回路中连接有温度保险丝(11)。
5.根据权利要求1 一 3之一所述的强制对流散热的LED灯管,其特征是:电源电路板 (9 )上包括有场效应管(12),场效应管上安装有场效应管散热片(13)。
6.根据权利要求1 一 3之一所述的强制对流散热的LED灯管,其特征是:散热片(5)由 矩阵排列的多个狭长金属片组成。
