Abstract

一种矿井正反风两用自动风门，是将正风风门和反风风门按大于90度的角度用上连接板和下连接板相互连成整体，上连接板和下连接板上分别有上轴孔和下轴孔，分别插入门框的门框上框旋转轴和下框旋转轴内，该风门不论正风或反风，都能利用风压自动切换并将风门关闭；在风门门框周边内侧装有密封橡胶伸缩方管，使风门紧贴门框，减少风门漏风。

矿井正反风两用自动风门涉及一种控制矿井通风的风门，属于矿井通风构筑物。 
背景技术
目前矿山通风风门，采用平推两道风门。每道风门除配正向风门外，还必配备反向风门，以备灾害反风时使用。当发生灾害需要反风时，矿井几十道风门必须人工去切换反风门。在发生灾害的情况下，人工切换不但实现不了《煤矿安全规程》要求的10分钟内改变巷道中的风流方向，而且进入灾害区去切换风门也是不安全的。所以即使主要扇风机能够在10分钟内反过风来，井下风门不能及时切换，必然造成井下通风系统混乱，不能实现安全反风。 
发明内容
本实用新型的目的就是解决矿井发生灾害需要反风时，在10分钟内将正风风门切换成反风风门。 
本实用新型的解决办法是：将正风风门(1)和反风风门(2)按大于90度的角度用上连接板(3)和下连接板(4)相互连成整体，上连接板(3)和下连接板(4)上分别有上轴孔(5)和下轴孔(6)，分别插入门框(7)的门框上框旋转轴(8)和下框旋转轴(9)内，该风门不论正风或反风，都能利用风压自动切换并将风门关闭；在风门门框(7)周边内侧装有密封橡胶伸缩方管(11)，使风门紧贴门框，减少风门漏风。 
有益效果：本实用新型有以下优点： 
1、本实用新型结构简单、关闭严密、减少漏风、性能可靠。
2、本实用新型实现了自动关闭，避免了人工切换风门，保证了10分钟实现反风的要求。
3、本实用新型关闭、切换只靠风向风压，不用其他动力。

具体实施方式
图示的矿井正反风两用自动风门，正风风门(1)和反风风门(2)按大于90度的角度用上连接板(3)和下连接板(4)相互连成整体，上连接板(3)和下连接板(4)上 分别有上轴孔(5)和下轴孔(6)，分别插入门框(7)的门框上框旋转轴(8)和下框旋转轴(9)内。由于正风风门(1)反风风门(2)能够盖严风门门框(4)，正风时，在正风流(5)的推动下，正风风门(1)被关闭，反风风门(2)在正风风门(1)的带动下被打开。反风时，反风风流(6)鼓开正风风门(1)，同时推动反风风门(2)关闭。在风门门框(7)周边内侧装有密封橡胶伸缩方管(11)，风门关闭时门板紧压密封橡胶伸缩方管(11)，方管可以伸缩，可以实现风门紧贴门框，减少风门漏风。

1.一种矿井正反风两用自动风门，其特征在于：正风风门(1)和反风风门(2)按大于90度的角度用上连接板(3)和下连接板(4)相互连成整体，上连接板(3)和下连接板(4)上分别有上轴孔(5)和下轴孔(6)，分别插入门框(7)的门框上框旋转轴(8)和下框旋转轴(9)内，在风门门框(7)周边内侧装有密封橡胶伸缩方管(11)，使风门紧贴门框，减少风门漏风。
