一种电动葫芦防斜拉保护器，包括位置开关、拉线、斜度调整器。将位置开关分别安装在卷筒两端，斜度调整器锁定在钢丝绳上，用拉线将(两只)位置开关与斜度调整器连接并调整，再将(两只)位置开关位置开关的常闭触点串联到电动葫芦控制回路之中。当电动葫芦起升过程出现斜吊时，斜度调整器就会通过拉线使其中的一只位置开关断开，与此同时控制电动葫芦上升的接触器线圈失电、主触头断开，起升电机停止工作，待操作人员调整好起吊斜度后方可进行再次起吊，从而达到提高安全起吊的目的。

本实用新型电动葫芦防斜拉保护器，属于一种起重领域提高电动葫芦安全系数设备。 
背景技术
目前市场上电动葫芦因结构紧凑、体积小、工作效率高，所以被很多行业所应用，但这种电动葫芦在起吊过程中对斜拉现象无限制措施，因卷筒上导绳器的材质很脆，极易产生断裂现象，导绳器一旦断裂其碎片就会掉落下来，从而产生安全事故。 
发明内容
为提高电动葫芦的安全系数，减少安全事故的发生，本实用新型实现了电动葫芦在起吊过程中，如果斜拉程度大，有可能对导绳器造成损害时，电动葫芦能切断起升回路的控制电源，待操作人员将电动葫芦与重物调整至安全斜度范围内方可起吊，从而提高电动葫芦的安全系数，减少安全事故的发生。 
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：一种电动葫芦防斜拉保护器，是由位置开关、牵引线、斜度调整器、U型卡子、调节螺杆、调节螺帽按序构成，位置开关分别安装在卷筒两端，斜度调整器锁定在钢丝绳上，用拉线将两只位置开关与斜度调整器连接并调整，再将两只位置开关的常闭触点串联到电动葫芦上升控制回路之中，同时，位置开关串入起升控制回路的电路。当电动葫芦起升过程出现斜吊时，斜度调整器就会通过拉线使其中的一只位置开关断开，与此同时控制电动葫芦上升的接触器线圈失电、主触 头断开，起升电机停止工作，待操作人员调整好起吊斜度后方可进行再次起吊，从而达到提高安全系数的目的。

具体实施方式
在附图1中，位置开关1安装在电动葫芦两侧，安全斜度调整器4用U型卡子固定在电动葫芦钢丝绳5上，位置开关1用拉线2连接安全斜度调整器4，两只位置开关1触头导线串联后再接入电动葫芦提升回路的控制回路中，最后通过调节螺杆7调至合适位置，再用U型卡子8及锁紧螺母9将吊钩6及钢丝绳5锁紧。

1.一种电动葫芦防斜拉保护器，是由位置开关、拉线、斜度调整器、U型卡子、调节螺杆、调节螺帽按序构成，其特征是将两只位置开关分别安装在卷筒两端，斜度调整器锁定在电动葫芦钢丝绳上，用拉线将两只位置开关与斜度调整器连接并调整，再将两只位置开关位置开关的常闭触点串联到电动葫芦控制回路中。
