技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种含尘气流速度测量装置用靠背管。
背景技术
流速的测量方法包括机械方法、散热率法、动力测压法、激光测速法等。锅炉试验测量中常用的风速测量装置包括毕托管、笛形管、靠背管、热线风速仪等装置。
热线风速仪采用散热率法,其基本原理是利用散热速率和风速的平方根成线性关系制做而成。热线风速计在锅炉试验中主要应用在测量空间较大的场合。
在测量空间较小的场合,主要应用毕托管、笛形管、靠背管等装置,它们是依据反映理想流体运动中速度、压强等参数之间关系的伯努利方程制作的,测量时两根测量管分别同时测量静压和全压,属动力测压法。其中靠背测速管、笛形测速管、文丘里测速管等带有动压放大性质,需标定后使用。它们因结构简单、使用和制造方便、价格便宜、坚固可靠,精度高而得到广泛应用。
毕托管、笛形管、靠背管等装置在测量不含粉尘的气体流速试验中得到广泛应用。但当测量含尘气流,例如含煤粉气流时,由于煤粉的沉积作用,使得两根测量管内发生堵塞,造成测量结果错误,有时由于堵塞发生很快,接上测量管路后马上发生堵塞,造成没有时间测量流速,测速试验失败。
实用新型内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种能够保证测量前管内通畅,实现对含尘气流速度的快速、准确测量的含尘气流速度测量装置用靠背管。
本实用新型采用如下技术方案:
本实用新型包括靠背管、与靠背管的两根引出管分别相连通的两根延长管以及设置在延长管边侧与延长管相连通的测量管,所述的延长管和测量管上设置有阀门。
本实用新型的积极效果如下:
使用本实用新型测量前阀门均处于关闭状态,避免了管内气体的流动,可大幅减少煤粉等颗粒流入管中,保证测量前管内通畅。将两侧的测量管接好测量仪表(如微压计)后,打开测量管上的阀门,可以正常测量。如果在测量过程中怀疑管路堵塞,可以在两根延长管上接入便携式小空气泵等,关闭侧面测量管上的阀门,打开延长管上的阀门,用压缩空气将粉尘颗粒从引出管的另一端吹出,实现吹扫。吹扫与测量切换迅速,二根延长管可分别吹扫,满足测量所需的时间,实现对含尘气流速度的准确测量。

具体实施方式
如附图1所示,本实用新型包括靠背管1、与靠背管1的两根引出管分别相连通的两根延长管2以及设置在延长管2边侧与延长管2相连通的测量管3,所述的延长管2和测量管3上设置有阀门4。本实用新型在传统靠背管1的两根引出管上连接两根延长管2,延长管2边侧各连接一根与之相通的测量管3,在两根延长管2和两根测量管3上分别安装一个阀门4,可手动控制阀门4的开与关。使用本实用新型测量前阀门4均处于关闭状态,这样避免了管内气体的流动,可大幅减少煤粉等颗粒流入管中,保证测量前管内通畅。。将两侧的测量管3接好测量仪表(如微压计)后,打开测量管3上的阀门4,可以正常测量。如果在测量过程中怀疑管路堵塞,可以在两根延长管2上接入便携式小空气泵等,关闭侧面测量管3上的阀门4,打开延长管2上的阀门4,用压缩空气将粉尘颗粒从引出管的另一端吹出,实现吹扫。吹扫与测量切换迅速,二根延长管可分别吹扫,满足测量所需的时间,实现对含尘气流速度的准确测量。
