本实用新型涉及一种电化学工业中的电极板,具体涉及一种新型钛阳极板。
背景技术
在我国湿法冶金有色金属行业等领域都要用到阳极板,目前国内冶金行业电解采用的是铅阳极板,在电解加工中所用的阳极板在不同程度存在着耗电大、速度不理想、耐蚀性不强,极板材质融入电解液后造成产品质量下降,在生产和生产过程中对环境造成极大污染,而且阳极板的使用寿命不够长。铅阳极的高耗电,高污染,使用寿命短等缺点不符合国家节能减排的大政方针。
实用新型内容
本实用新型解决的技术问题:提供一种新型钛阳极板,通过在基材表面涂覆涂层,有效增加了电流密度,又具有良好的耐腐蚀性,延长了阳极板的使用寿命。
本实用新型采用的技术方案:新型钛阳极板,具有基材,所述基材表面涂覆有钌、铱、铂、钽、锆或其组合的涂层,所述涂层中各金属材料的比例为10%-20%。
所述涂层厚度为6μm-10μm。
本实用新型与现有技术相比的优点:
1、电效高,有优良的抗腐蚀性,电极使用寿命是铅阳极的2-3倍;
2、催化性高,节省电能,阳极重量轻,可减轻劳动强度;
3、无污染,能克服铅阳极易溶解问题,可提高金属产品纯度。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图1、2描述本实用新型的一种实施例。
新型钛阳极板,具有基材1,基材1表面涂覆有钌、铱、铂、钽、锆或其组合的涂层2。基材1为钛材,板状板;涂层为铱、铂、钽、锆为主的复合材料,涂层2中各种材料的比例可在10%-20%范围内调整,根据加工对象的不同,涂层2厚度可选在6μm-10μm左右。
工艺方法:选择符合国家标准的合适尺寸的钛板作为基材1,在基材1的正反两面进行喷砂处理,使基材1表面凹凸不平,然后刷涂钌、铱、铂、钽、锆等水溶液,自然风干后放入电炉烧结。期间升温至600-700℃,保温3小时后自然冷却。
钛材有非常好的耐腐蚀性,但单独作为电极在电解液中的导电效果很差,钌、铱、铂、钽、锆有良好的耐腐蚀性和导电性,但这五种材料的价格非常昂贵,单独作为电极,其成本难以承受。本实用新型采用钛材基板加涂层钌、铱、铂、钽或锆的结构,既具有良好的导电性,增加了电流密度,又具有良好的耐腐蚀性,延了阳极板的使用寿命。

1.新型钛阳极板,具有基材(1),其特征在于:所述基材(1)表面涂覆有钌、铱、铂、钽或锆的涂层(2)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的新型钛阳极板,其特征在于:所述涂层(2)厚度为6μm-10μm。
