发酵罐用搅拌桨
技术领域
本实用新型涉及发酵罐用搅拌桨。
背景技术
发酵罐,指工业上用来进行微生物发酵的装置。采用机械搅拌通风的发酵罐依靠发酵罐内的搅拌桨分散和打碎气泡,以提高溶氧速率。
现有发酵罐中用于气-液分散的搅拌桨通常为圆盘直叶涡轮搅拌桨,属于径向流搅拌桨,该搅拌桨包括搅拌轴及搅拌桨叶,搅拌桨叶包括垂直于搅拌轴的圆盘及垂直于圆盘的均布的数片直面桨叶片,圆盘中心固定于搅拌轴上,桨叶片固定于圆盘的外围。这种搅拌桨在靠近搅拌轴的区域由于离心力过小,容易产生死区,叶片背后也容易形成气穴,导致气体分散效率不高,能耗也高。为了缓解上述技术问题,现有技术中,也有将圆盘直叶搅拌桨叶与斜向的桨叶片组合使用以提高分散效率,但是并不理想。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是克服现有技术中的缺陷,提供一种发酵罐用搅拌桨。
本实用新型采用了下述技术方案来解决上述技术问题:
一种发酵罐用搅拌桨,包括搅拌轴,搅拌轴上设有搅拌桨叶,其中,搅拌轴包括主轴1及副轴2,主轴1与副轴2平行,主轴与副轴间设有连接架7,连接架一端固定于主轴上,另一端与副轴套接,所述主轴内套中间轴9,中间轴的下端固定有齿轮3,副轴上固定有齿轮4,齿轮3和齿轮4相互啮合,齿轮4之下设有搅拌桨叶,搅拌桨叶固定于副轴2上,搅拌桨叶包括圆盘5及均布于圆盘外围的数个叶片6。
主轴、中间轴和副轴的设计可以使得搅拌桨叶不仅可以绕主轴进行公转,而且可以绕副轴进行自转,由于搅拌中心不断变化,因此可以消除搅拌桨在靠近搅拌轴的区域容易产生死区以及叶片背后的气穴问题。
进一步的,主轴1上部固连齿轮10。该齿轮可以与传动装置的齿轮配合从而使得主轴围绕中间轴转动。
进一步的,副轴2上还设有定位块8,所述定位块有两块,分别位于连接架7之上与连接架7之下,并与副轴2固连。定位块的设计可避免副轴相对连接架上下滑动,从而保证副轴的齿轮与主轴的齿轮啮合。
进一步的,所述圆盘5的中心固定于副轴2上,圆盘5的径向与副轴2的轴向垂直。
进一步的,所述叶片6为曲面叶片。
进一步的,所述叶片6的外缘设有波浪形锯齿。该设计可以增加叶片与液体的接触与剪切,进一步提高分散效率。
进一步的,副轴2上固定有多个所述搅拌桨叶。
本实用新型的搅拌桨使用时,主轴内套的中间轴固定于发酵罐上,主轴经传动机构传动后围绕中间轴转动,主轴的转动带动连接架及副轴及搅拌桨叶围绕主轴公转,而由于中间轴固定不动,因此齿轮3固定不动,而齿轮4与齿轮3啮合,因此,连接架的转动又可带动齿轮4自转。
本实用新型的发酵罐用搅拌桨可用于发酵罐,有效提高气液分散效率。

具体实施方式
如图1所示发酵罐用搅拌桨,包括搅拌轴,搅拌轴上设有搅拌桨叶,其中,搅拌轴包括主轴1及副轴2,主轴1与副轴2平行,主轴与副轴间设有连接架7,连接架7一端固定于主轴1上,另一端与副轴2套接,所述主轴内套中间轴9,中间轴的下端固定有齿轮3,副轴上固定有齿轮4,齿轮3和齿轮4相互啮合,齿轮4之下设有搅拌桨叶,搅拌桨叶固定于副轴上,搅拌桨叶包括圆盘5及均布于圆盘外围的数个叶片6。
副轴2上还设有定位块8,所述定位块有两块,分别位于连接架7之上与连接架7之下,并与副轴2固连。
圆盘5的中心固定于副轴2上,圆盘5的径向与副轴2的轴向垂直。
进一步的,如图2所示,主轴1上部固定有与传动机构配合的齿轮10。
进一步的,叶片6为曲面叶片。
进一步的,叶片6的外缘如图3所示设有波浪形锯齿。

1.一种发酵罐用搅拌桨,包括搅拌轴,搅拌轴上设有搅拌桨叶,其特征在于,所述搅拌轴包括主轴(1)及副轴(2),主轴(1)与副轴(2)平行,主轴与副轴间设有连接架(7),连接架一端固定于主轴(1)上,另一端与副轴(2)套接,所述主轴(1)内套中间轴(9),中间轴的下端固定有齿轮(3),副轴上固定有齿轮(4),齿轮(3)和齿轮(4)相互啮合,齿轮(4)之下设有搅拌桨叶,搅拌桨叶固定于副轴(2)上,搅拌桨叶包括圆盘(5)及均布于圆盘外围的数个叶片(6)。
2.如权利要求1所述发酵罐用搅拌桨,其特征在于,所述副轴(2)上还设有定位块(8),所述定位块有两块,分别位于连接架(7)之上与连接架(7)之下,并与副轴(2)固连。
3.如权利要求1所述发酵罐用搅拌桨,其特征在于,主轴(1)的上部固定有齿轮(10)。
4.如权利要求1所述发酵罐用搅拌桨,其特征在于,所述圆盘(5)的中心固定于副轴(2)上,圆盘(5)的径向与副轴(2)的轴向垂直。
5.如权利要求1所述发酵罐用搅拌桨,其特征在于,所述叶片(6)为曲面叶片。
6.如权利要求1所述发酵罐用搅拌桨,其特征在于,所述叶片(6)的外缘设有波浪形锯齿。
