本实用新型涉及热处理炉温测定的技术领域，尤其是一种热处理炉温测定专用架。
背景技术
在现有技术中，原有的炉温测定使用焊接架不能很好的达到炉温测定要求，而且测温完毕后测温点位置易偏移、变形较大、精确度不高，适用面窄，难以进行重复使用。
实用新型内容
为避免原有的炉温测定架在炉温测定要求的不足和适用面窄的缺陷，本实用新型提供了一种热处理炉温测定专用架。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：一种热处理炉温测定专用架，包括底板和支架。所述底板上设有支架，所述支架通过焊接连接，所述支架由三根支架棒组成，所述三根支架棒的顶端交于一点，所述支架中间部位设有三角固定架。
根据本实用新型的另一个实施例，进一步包括所述支架棒的直径为17mm-24mm.
根据本实用新型的另一个实施例，进一步包括所述底板的厚度为12mm-18mm.
本实用新型的有益效果是，结构简单,实施容易,使用方便，在炉温测定过程中不变形、能保持进炉时的结构状态，保证各个测温点位置不变，提高了炉温测定的精确性，满足热处理炉的炉温测定要求，能够重复使用，稳定性和可靠性较高,可提高热处理质量,而且适用于其他热处理炉。

如图1所示是本实用新型的结构示意图，一种热处理炉温测定专用架，包括底板1和支架2。其特征在于：所述底板1上设有支架2，所述支架2通过焊接连接，所述支架由三根支架棒3组成，所述三根支架棒3的顶端交于一点，所述支架2中间部位设有三角固定架4，所述支架棒的直径为17mm-24mm,所底板的厚度为12mm-18mm。
根据热处理炉有效加热区测定方法GB／T9452—2003的规定，而且考虑到各个热处理炉尺寸的不同，设计一套新型通用热处理炉温测定专用焊接架，使其适用于各个热处理炉的炉温测定。而且使用三角固定架4的固定措施，结构简单,实施容易,使用方便，在炉温测定过程中不变形、能保持进炉时的结构状态，保证各个测温点位置不变，提高了炉温测定的精确性，满足热处理炉的炉温测定要求，能够重复使用，稳定性和可靠性较高,可提高热处理质量,而且适用于其他热处理炉。

1.一种热处理炉温测定专用架，包括底板（1）和支架（2），其特征在于：所述底板（1）上设有支架（2），所述支架（2）通过焊接连接，所述支架由三根支架棒（3）组成，所述三根支架棒（3）的顶端交于一点，所述支架（2）中间部位设有三角固定架（4）。
