所述的筒体1前端的内壁上带有对称布置的两块柱面状凸起，凸起间所形成的槽的宽度大于定位销一5的直径。
工作原理：如图1所示状态，定位销一5能够实现定位功能，拉拔手柄4后，同时旋转90度，定位销一5随着转过90度，卡在筒体1前端的内壁上带有的对称布置的两块柱面状凸起上。
