本实用新型设计一种蓄电池安装架,适用于各种型号蓄电池的立式和卧式安装。
背景技术
阀控密封式铅酸蓄电池自问世以来,以其优越的性价比、优良的大电流放电性能以及少维护的特点已迅速占领了移动、联通、电力、电信等市场,广泛成套应用于备用电源、能量贮备、动力能源等领域,且电池反应产物容易再生利用,在能源紧缺的当代,是人们十分关注的重要的能源之一。
成套的蓄电池需用安装架来放置,这样可减少占地面积,便于维护。目前蓄电池安装架不规范,通常是用方钢、槽钢、钢板等来制作。利用方钢、槽钢制作的安装架结构笨重,利用钢板剪裁、折弯等工序制作的安装架制作工时长,工序复杂。总而言之,以上几种方式制作的安装架不足之处是材料成本和制作成本较高,结构笨重。
实用新型内容
本实用新型提供一种结构轻便、稳定性好、成本低廉、使用效果好的蓄电池安装架。
本实用新型的目的通过下述技术方案予以实现:
一种蓄电池安装架,包括侧框架、承重搁梁、侧梁、连接板,所述侧框架上安装有承重搁梁和侧梁,所述侧梁用连接板固定于所述侧框架上,所述承重搁梁上装有摆放电池定位凸台,所述侧框架、承重搁梁、侧梁均采用型材方管。
本实用新型中,所述型材方管边长尺寸为(30~50)×(30~50)mm。
本实用新型中,所述型材方管壁厚为1.5~3.0mm。
本实用新型采用方管的结构,用于阀控式密封铅酸蓄电池的安装连接,在保证强度的前提下,不仅强度高,拆装、组装方便,电池的定位效果好,整组电池架占地面积小,并且批量制作容易、省时、成本低。

具体实施方式
参见附图1,蓄电池安装架,包括侧框架1、承重搁梁2、侧梁3、连接板4,所述侧框架1上安装有承重搁梁2和侧梁3,所述侧梁3用连接板固定于所述侧框架1上,所述承重搁梁2上装有摆放电池定位凸台,所述侧框架1、承重搁梁2、侧梁3均采用型材方管。承重搁梁2 、侧梁3 、连接板4由螺栓、铆螺母连接在一起,所用铆螺母与侧框架1、侧梁3铆接在一起;所述侧框架1的各零部件利用方管按照图纸规定尺寸切割、焊接成整体件,然后在底部焊一块铁板,以增加电池架与地面承重面积;承重搁梁2和侧梁3按照图纸切割成规定长度,然后冲孔并安装用于连接的铆螺母和定位的定位凸台5。

1.一种蓄电池安装架,其特征在于:包括侧框架(1)、承重搁梁(2)、侧梁(3)、连接板(4),所述侧框架(1)上安装有承重搁梁(2)和侧梁(3),所述侧梁(3)用连接板固定于所述侧框架(1)上,所述承重搁梁(2)上装有摆放电池定位凸台,所述侧框架(1)、承重搁梁(2)、侧梁(3)均采用型材方管。
2.根据权利要求1所述的蓄电池安装架,其特征在于:所述型材方管边长尺寸为(30~50)×(30~50)mm。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的蓄电池安装架,其特征在于:所述型材方管壁厚为1.5~3.0mm。
