一种金属屏蔽监视型软电缆,内护套内有三根动力线芯导体,每根动力线芯导体外为导体屏蔽,导体屏蔽外为绝缘,绝缘外为绝缘屏蔽,绝缘屏蔽兼作接地线,内护套外为监视线层,监视线层外再绕包一层绝缘带包层,绝缘带包层外为外护套,监视线层由半导电带包层、三根监视线和铝塑复合带屏蔽绕包构成,每根监视线外为半导电带包层,半导电带包层为铝塑复合带屏蔽绕包,铝塑复合带屏蔽绕包的金属一面与半导电带包层接触而非金属一面与绝缘带包层相接触。它提高了对电缆的保护作用和电缆的安全性能。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种监视型软电缆,尤其是一种金属屏蔽监视型软电缆。 
背景技术
目前,煤矿用额定电压3.6/6kV及以上金属屏蔽监视型软电缆内护套上的常用的电缆屏蔽方式为监视层采用半导电带包层+监视线(3根)+半导电带包层结构形式,同时监视线层外再绕包一层绝缘带包层。 
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种金属屏蔽监视型软电缆,它提高了对电缆的保护作用和电缆的安全性能。 
为达到上述目的,本实用新型采取的解决方案是:一种金属屏蔽监视型软电缆,内护套内有三根动力线芯导体,每根动力线芯导体外为导体屏蔽,导体屏蔽外为绝缘,绝缘外为绝缘屏蔽,绝缘屏蔽兼作接地线,内护套外为监视线层,监视线层外再绕包一层绝缘带包层,绝缘带包层外为外护套,监视线层由半导电带包层、三根监视线和铝塑复合带屏蔽绕包构成,每根监视线外为半导电带包层,半导电带包层为铝塑复合带屏蔽绕包,铝塑复合带屏蔽绕包的金属一面与半导电带包层接触而非金属一面与绝缘带包层相接触。 
它采用半导电带包层+监视线(3根)+铝塑复合带屏蔽绕包,用铝塑复合带屏蔽绕包取代半导电带包层结构形式,同时监视线层外再绕包一层绝缘带包层,其金属屏蔽的效果远甚于现有产品,提高了电缆的安全性能;而绝缘带包层的非金属一面与绝缘带包层相接触,起到了监视线层外再绕包一层绝缘带包层的效果,由于铝塑复合带的强度(铝塑复合带的性能指标见表1)远胜于其他非金属绕包材料,提高了对电缆的保护作用。

参见图1,一种金属屏蔽监视型软电缆,内护套5内有三根动力线芯导体1,每根动力线芯导体1外为导体屏蔽2,导体屏蔽2外为绝缘3,绝缘3外为绝缘屏蔽4,绝缘屏蔽4兼作接地线,内护套5外为监视线层6,监视线层6外再绕包一层绝缘带包层7,绝缘带包层7外为外护套8,监视线层6由半导电带包层、三根监视线和铝塑复合带屏蔽绕包构成,每根监视线外为半导电带包层,半导电带包层为铝塑复合带屏蔽绕包,铝塑复合带屏蔽绕包的金属一面与半导电带包层接触而非金属一面与绝缘带包层7相接触。

1.一种金属屏蔽监视型软电缆,内护套(5)内有三根动力线芯导体(1),每根动力线芯导体(1)外为导体屏蔽(2),导体屏蔽(2)外为绝缘(3),绝缘(3)外为绝缘屏蔽(4),绝缘屏蔽(4)兼作接地线,内护套(5)外为监视线层(6),其特征是:监视线层(6)外再绕包一层绝缘带包层(7),绝缘带包层(7)外为外护套(8),监视线层(6)由半导电带包层、三根监视线和铝塑复合带屏蔽绕包构成,每根监视线外为半导电带包层,半导电带包层为铝塑复合带屏蔽绕包,铝塑复合带屏蔽绕包的金属一面与半导电带包层接触而非金属一面与绝缘带包层(7)相接触。
