背景技术
现有的旋转给料机，通过调整转速来控制给料量，但由于结构的限制和转速调节比例的限制，给料量的调节范围比较窄，同时在转速很低时，小流量的给料会变得很不均匀，影响整个输送系统的使用。
发明内容
针对上述问题，本实用新型提供了一种旋转给料机容量调节装置，其提高旋转给料机的调节范围，且小流量输送时给料均匀。
一种旋转给料机容量调节装置，其技术方案是这样的：其包括外壳、叶片，所述叶片将所述外壳内部分成各个仓室，其特征在于：每个仓室中安装有挡料板，所述挡料板安装于相邻的两叶片的尾末端，所述相邻仓室的挡料板的位置错位布置，每个所述挡料板封闭的体积相同。
采用本实用新型的结构后，在螺旋给料机转速不变的情况下，通过改变挡料板挡住仓室内的容量，即调节挡料板的大小，即可完成旋转给料机的输送调节，其高旋转给料机的调节范围，此外由于相邻的仓室的挡料板错位布置、且挡料板封闭的体积相同，其小流量输送时，给料均匀。

具体实施方式
见图1，其包括外壳1、叶片2，叶片2将外壳1内部分成各个仓室3，每个仓室3中安装有挡料装置，挡料装置具体为挡料板4，挡料板4安装于相邻的两叶片2的末端，相邻仓室3的挡料板4的位置错位布置，每块挡料板4封闭的体积相同。
