技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种用于检测汽油机曲轴半圆键槽对称度和深度的检具。
背景技术
汽油机曲轴的输出端开设有半圆键槽,用以压装半圆键,该半圆键槽在曲轴上相对于曲轴轴线的对称度及深度具有一定的公差要求,在半圆键槽加工完成后需对其对称度及深度进行检测,目前采用的检测方法是:
一、半圆键槽对称度的检测
用顶尖顶住曲轴两端的中心孔,在半圆键槽内塞入塞块,转动曲轴,将塞块调整到水平位置,用百分表接触塞块侧面,读出此时的百分表的读数A;曲轴转动180度,使塞块仍处于水平位置,再用百分表接触塞块的另一侧面,读出此时百分表的读数B,则A与B的差值即为该半圆键槽的对称度。
二、半圆键槽深度的检测
首先用一个直径等于曲轴直径的标棒放置于齿轮跳动检查仪的两顶尖之间,用百分表接触标棒的最高点,读出百分表的读数A,再将曲轴放置于齿轮跳动检查仪的两顶尖之间,用百分表接触半圆键槽的底部,读出百分表的最小读数B,则A与B的差值就是半圆键槽的深度。
半圆键槽对称度检测的缺陷为:
1、塞块塞入困难,甚至需用多块厚度不同的塞块;
2、塞块塞入过程中容易将键槽破坏和出现塞块塞入不牢固、易脱落的情况;
3、测量误差大、检测效率低。
半圆键槽深度检测的缺陷为:
1、测量最低点困难;
2、对齿轮跳动检查仪的精度要求高;
3、测量误差大、检测效率低。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种汽油机曲轴半圆键槽检具,能够方便地对汽油机曲轴半圆键槽的对称度和深度进行快速而准确的检测。
本实用新型所述汽油机曲轴半圆键槽检具由轴套和检测块组成,轴套的轴心孔可与标准曲轴间隙配合,在轴套外圆柱表面上设置有台阶面,台阶面与轴套轴线平行,其高端面和低端面的高度差为曲轴半圆键槽的深度公差,在台阶面上沿轴套轴向开设有通槽,该通槽以轴套轴线对称,其宽度为曲轴半圆键槽的标准宽度;检测块为圆形,其半径与标准曲轴半圆键槽圆弧底的半径一致,检测块位于所述通槽中与通槽间隙配合,通过销轴支撑在轴套上,并可在通槽中移动。
所述台阶面沿轴套轴向设置,其高端面与低端面的分界线与轴套轴线平行,且经过通槽。
在轴套上开设有销孔,销孔将所述通槽垂直贯通,所述销轴位于销孔中。
检测时,将该检具的轴套套在曲轴的输出端,并将检测块轻轻压入半圆键槽内,并使检测块与半圆键槽底部完全接触,若检测块能够轻松压入半圆键槽底部,则半圆键槽的对称度合格,反之不合格。当检测块与半圆键槽底部完全接触后,若检测块的顶点处于定位套台阶面的高端面与低端面之间,则键槽深度合格,如不在高端面与低端面之间,则半圆键槽深度不合格。
本实用新型所述汽油机曲轴半圆键槽检具结构非常简单,对曲轴半圆键槽对称度和深度的检测精度完全靠检具自身的制造精度来保证,故该检具对半圆键槽对称度和深度的检测准确,检测方便而快捷。

具体实施方式
如图1至图5所示,该汽油机曲轴半圆键槽检具由轴套1和检测块2组成,轴套1的轴心孔7可与标准曲轴间隙配合,在轴套1外圆柱表面上沿轴套轴向设置有台阶面,台阶面与轴套轴线平行,其高端面5和低端面6的高度差为曲轴半圆键槽的深度公差。在台阶面上沿轴套轴向开设有通槽8,该通槽8以轴套1轴线对称,其宽度为曲轴半圆键槽的标准宽度,台阶面高端面5与低端面6的分界线与轴套1轴线平行,且经过通槽8,在轴套1上开设有销孔3,销孔3将通槽8垂直贯通。检测块2为圆形,其半径与标准曲轴半圆键槽圆弧底的半径一致,检测块2固定在销轴4上,销轴4位于所述销孔3中,检测块2位于通槽8中与通槽8间隙配合,通过销轴4支撑在轴套1上,并可在通槽8中移动。

1.一种汽油机曲轴半圆键槽检具,其特征在于:由轴套(1)和检测块(2)组成,轴套的轴心孔(7)可与标准曲轴间隙配合,在轴套外圆柱表面上设置有台阶面,台阶面与轴套轴线平行,其高端面(5)和低端面(6)的高度差为曲轴半圆键槽的深度公差,在台阶面上沿轴套轴向开设有通槽(8),该通槽以轴套轴线对称,其宽度为曲轴半圆键槽的标准宽度;检测块为圆形,其半径与标准曲轴半圆键槽圆弧底的半径一致,检测块位于所述通槽(8)中与通槽间隙配合,通过销轴(4)支撑在轴套上,并可在通槽中移动。
2.根据权利要求1所述汽油机曲轴半圆键槽检具,其特征在于:所述台阶面沿轴套(1)轴向设置,其高端面(5)与低端面(6)的分界线与轴套轴线平行,且经过通槽(8)。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述汽油机曲轴半圆键槽检具,其特征在于:在轴套(1)上开设有销孔(3),销孔将所述通槽(8)垂直贯通,所述销轴(4)位于销孔中。
