用于检测内径的塞规是批量检测孔径的量具,一般为两个圆头,一头称为通规,是孔径的下偏差,另一头称为止规,是孔径的上偏差,在检测孔径时,通规能塞进去而止规塞不进去,则此孔径是合格的,就是在公差范围之内的,否则就是不合格的,而上述用于检测内径的塞规检测部长期以来均为圆柱状,未见其他结构,圆柱状的塞规检测量程较窄。

本实用新型要解决的技术问题是,提供一种检测部为非圆柱状,检测量程较宽的用于检测内径的塞规。

本实用新型的工作原理是,当检测内径时,例如将塞规垂直放置,带有孔的环、筒等工件水平放置,孔朝上,将球面伸入孔中用于检测内径,球面进入孔内的程度会根据内径偏小、偏大情况不同,若内径偏小,则球面进入孔内的程度小,即塞规下降的高度小,若内径偏大,则球面进入孔内的程度大,即塞规下降的高度大,这样,塞规下降的高度大小就能够获知内径的实测大小,从而与理论内径对比来判断该实测大小的内径是否合格,由于球面变径程度大,使得塞规检测量程较宽,能够适用于较小的内径检测,也适用于较大的内径检测。 
采用上述结构后,本实用新型与现有技术相比,具有以下优点:结合上述技术方案和工作原理可知,本实用新型检测部为非圆柱状,具有检测量程较宽的优点。 
作为改进,所述球面为半圆球球面,这样设计更为合理,且便于生产,降低生产成本。
