Abstract

充填传热填料的铝翅板弹性管道吸收体平板集热器,在一个盒状容器中顺序布置绝热层、弹性管道管板吸收体和玻璃盖板制成,弹性管道管板吸收体通过在铝翅板上连接包裹弹性管道的条状带槽道铝覆板,并在受光面涂制吸收膜制成,其特征在于铝翅板和条状带槽道铝覆板与弹性管道的间隙含有传热填料。本实用新型的有益效果:提高了铝翅板和带槽道铝覆板与弹性管道之间的传热能力。采用整张的铝板作翅板,漂亮、整体强度高。硅胶填料对空晒及温度变化不敏感,可室温硫化。硅胶与铝板的粘结力特别强。采用拌有粉状石墨的中性硅胶能进一步提高填料的导热能力,还可以将粘结剂对铝表层的腐蚀作用减小到最小程度。结合附图给出一个实施例。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及充填传热填料的铝翅板弹性管道吸收体平板集热器。 
背景技术
采用弹性管道譬如硅胶管制造的管板结构集热器可以发挥硅胶管耐腐蚀、抗冻和金属翅板强度高、导热好、可焊接连接的优点。现有一种采用在整张金属板翅板上用钎焊连接包裹弹性管道的条状带槽道覆板,制成的弹性管道管板吸收体平板集热器。由于弹性管道导热性差,且条状带槽道覆板没有以360°角包裹弹性管道,在翅板和带槽道覆板与弹性管道之间存在间隙,导致这种吸收体平板集热器的集热效率还不够高。 
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是要提供充填传热填料的铝翅板弹性管道吸收体平板集热器。 
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采取的技术方案:采用弹性管道管板吸收体制成一个充填传热填料的铝翅板弹性管道吸收体平板集热器,所述弹性管道管板吸收体采用铝翅板和条状带槽道铝覆板制造,所述弹性管道管板吸收体的弹性管道与铝翅板及条状带槽道铝覆板的间隙含有传热填料。 
具体制作时,可在铝翅板上通过焊接、粘结和铆接的方法连接包裹弹性管道的条状带槽道铝覆板。 
还可以采用整张铝板作翅板制造管板结构吸收体,并在翅板上制作阳极氧化选择性吸收膜。 
本实用新型的有益效果:提高了铝翅板和带槽道铝覆板与弹性管道之间的传热能力,有利于提高集热效率。采用整张的铝板作翅板,具有产品外观漂亮、整体强度高和工艺简单的优点。硅胶填料对平板集热器空晒及温度变化不敏感,可室温硫化,有利于降低生产成本和提高产量。硅胶与铝板的粘结力特别强。采用拌有粉状石墨的中性硅胶能进一步提高填料的导热能力,还可以将粘结剂对铝表层的腐蚀作用减小到最小程度。

具体实施方式
在铝翅板1上用电阻焊焊接连接包裹弹性管道2的条状带槽道铝覆板3,在铝翅板1和条状带槽道铝覆板3与弹性管道2的间隙4充填传热填料5,并在铝翅板1的受光面制作阳极氧化选择性吸收膜,制成一个铝翅板弹性管道管板吸收体6。 
在盒状容器7中顺序布置绝热层8、板吸收体6和玻璃盖板9制成一台充填传热填料的铝翅板弹性管道吸收体平板集热器。 
图1中为了对比,将中间的铝翅板1和条状带槽道铝覆板3与弹性管道2之间的两个间隙4保留充填填料之前的状态。与左右两个已充填填料5的描述相比,可以看出两者导热状态的差异。 
填料充填可用长的细管伸入间隙4,然后边往外拉细管边通过细管注射填料。

1.充填传热填料的铝翅板弹性管道吸收体平板集热器,其特征在于弹性管道管板吸收体采用铝翅板和条状带槽道铝覆板制造,所述弹性管道管板吸收体的弹性管道与铝翅板及条状带槽道铝覆板的间隙含有传热填料。
2.根据权利要求1所述的集热器,其特征在于含有整张的铝板翅板,翅板上含有阳极氧化选择性吸收膜。
