(二).背景技术:冶金行业某此轧机上使用的推力球轴承,其型号为51122,轧机满负荷工作时,轴承常常处于超负荷运行状态,导致轴承使用寿命缩短,更换频繁;选用其它规格的轴承,轧机结构又受到限制,轧机的工作运行受到很大影响。
(三).发明内容:本实用新型的目的就是要解决标准51122轴承承载能力不足的问题,提供一种加强型推力球轴承。
本实用新型的具体方案是:一种加强型推力球轴承,它是由座圈、轴圈、钢球组和保持架组成,其特征是:A.轴圈的厚度和轴圈沟槽厚度分别比同规格标准轴承的同一部位增厚了6.52毫米和6.5毫米;B.座圈的厚度和座圈沟槽的厚度分别比同规格标准轴承的同一部位增厚了6.52毫米和6.5毫米。
本实用新型与标准轴承相比较,轴承的座圈厚度和轴圈厚度得到提高,使轴承的轴向抗压强度和抗弯强度得到增强,轴承承载能力得到提高;改进后的轴承安装在轧机上,经过长时间的满负荷运行试验,轧机运行状态良好,轴承使用寿命达到数万小时,符合国标轴承设计规范要求,也使轧机生产运行恢复正常。

实例:某轧机配套使用的加强型51122K1推力球轴承,其结构参见图1:它是由座圈4、轴圈1、钢球组2和保持架3组成;轴承装配外径为145毫米,轴承装配高度为38毫米,座圈装配内径为112毫米,轴圈装配内径为110毫米,其中:A.轴圈的厚度和轴圈沟槽的厚度分别为13.92毫米和12.65毫米,比同规格标准轴承的同一部位分别增厚了6.52毫米和6.5毫米;B.座圈的厚度和座圈沟槽的厚度分别为13.92毫米和12.65毫米,比同规格标准轴承的同一部位分别增厚了6.52毫米和6.5毫米。
