一种全推力多列球轴承,具有内圈和外圈,在对应于内圈的部位设有与外圈相连的外座,在对应于外圈的部位设有与内圈相连的内座,内座和外座上设有相互对应的钢球滚道,其内安装有钢球。本实用新型通过结构的变化,使其在工作过程中钢球只在轴向的方向受力,受力大小与方向始终保持不变,避免了因钢球磨损而对内外座产生的制动力,延长了其使用寿命。

本实用新型涉及轴承技术领域,具体地说,是一种全推力多列球轴承,特别适用于在螺杆钻具上使用。
背景技术
当前,随着石油钻采业的发展,螺杆钻具的应用范围日趋广泛,从打水平井、定向井逐渐发展到打直井和复合钻井,越来越需要高性能、长寿命的螺杆钻具。目前使用的螺杆钻具,其传动轴部件中的多列球推力轴承,是由内圈、外圈和安装与内外滚道中的钢球构成。这种轴承的结构不尽合理,工作过程中,在钻压的作用下,钢球的受力方向与轴心线成45°角,外圈对内圈产生轴向力和向心力两个作用力,在这种情况下,若轴承不磨损,这两个力大小相等,而随着轴承的磨损,钢球与滚道间的间隙越来越大,钢球的受力方向逐渐改变,轴承所承受的轴向力越来越小,从而容易造成传动轴被制动,钻具损坏。在实际工作中,由于钻井液的含砂量较高,轴承磨损较快,因此上述轴承的使用寿命短,从而也影响了螺杆钻具的使用寿命。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是设计一种使用寿命长的全推力多列球轴承。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型的技术方案包括内圈和外圈,其特征是在对应于内圈的部位设有与外圈相连的外座,在对应于外圈的部位设有与内圈
相连的内座;内座和外座上设有相互对应的钢球滚道,其内安装有钢球。所述钢球滚道的弧度大于钢球球面弧度的1/4而小于钢球球面弧度的1/2。
本实用新型通过结构的变化,使其在工作过程中钢球只在轴向的方向受力,受力大小与方向始终保持不变,避免了因钢球磨损而对内外座产生的制动力,延长了其使用寿命。

具体实施方式
本实施例具有内圈1和外圈2,在对应于内圈1的部位设有与外圈2相连的外座3,在对应于外圈2的部位设有与内圈1相连的内座4。内座4和外座3上设有相互对应的钢球滚道5,其内安装有钢球6。所述钢球滚道5的弧度大于钢球6球面弧度的1/4而小于钢球6球面弧度的1/2。跟现有技术相比,本实用新型分别设有与外圈2相连的外座3和与内圈1相连的内座4,并在内座4和外座3上设有相互对应的钢球滚道5,从而使本实用新型在工作过程中无论钢球是否磨损,钢球只在轴向的方向受力,受力大小与方向始终保持不变,使用效果好,使用寿命长。

1、一种全推力多列球轴承,包括内圈(1)和外圈(2),其特征是在对应于内圈(1)的部位设有与外圈(2)相连的外座(3),在对应于外圈(2)的部位设有与内圈(1)相连的内座(4);内座(4)和外座(3)上设有相互对应的钢球滚道(5),其内安装有钢球(6)。
2、如权利要求1所述的全推力多列球轴承,其特征是所说的钢球滚道(5)的弧度大于钢球(6)球面弧度的1/4而小于钢球(6)球面弧度的1/2。
