背景技术
目前国内强力加压密炼机的加料方式是人工从设备加料处分批加入混合槽中。这种加料方式在加料过程中容易导致杂质混入、原料浪费大、劳动强度大、加料时间长、效率低且操作不方便。
实用新型内容
设计目的：避免背景技术中的不足之处，设计一种能够自动将物料输送到混合槽，不会导致杂质混入，不会造成原料浪费大，加料速度快，效率高且操作方便的带有上料装置的强力加压密炼机。
设计方案：为了实现上述目的。强力加压密炼机的顶部气缸的侧面开有加料口，加料口与上料装置连通的设计，是本实用新型的主要技术特征。这样做的目的在于：上料装置能够将物料通过输送管直接输送到混合槽中，从而实现自动、高带、快速加料的目的。
技术方案：带有上料装置的强力加压密炼机，它包括强力加压密炼机，所述强力加压密炼机的顶部气缸的侧面开有加料口，与上料装置输出口连通或相连。
本实用与背景技术相比，一是能够自动将物料输送到混合槽，不会导致杂质混入，不会造成原料浪费大；二是加料速度快，效率高；三是操作方便。

实施例1：参照附图1。带有上料装置的强力加压密炼机包括强力加压密炼机6，所述强力加压密炼机6的顶部气缸5的侧面开有加料口4，加料口4连接有上料装置1，也就是说，加料口4与上料装置1相通或相连；所述上料装置1包括加料机8、输送管2和落料管3，其中落料管3一端与加料口4连通，落料管3另一端与输送管2一端相通或相连，输送管2的另一端与加料机8连通或相连；所述加料口4的直径由生产能力确定，生产能力越大，加料口4的直径也就越大；所述落料管3的底部呈圆弧形；所述落料管3采用金属或非金属材料制作，即可以是铁质、铝质或塑料等各种材质。
上述各部件的制作工艺及安装方法均采用现有可行的技术。将物料放入加料机8，然后通过加料机8的作用使物料通过输送管2到达加料口4，然后物料通过落料管3准确地落入密炼室7中。
需要理解的是：上述实施例虽然对本实用新型的设计思路做了比较详细的描述，但本实用新型的设计思路不仅限于上述描述，任何不超出本实用新型设计思路的组合、增加或修改，均落入本实用新型的范围内。
