 在食品、化工等企业，经常用到粉碎或搅拌装置，有时候在一个生产工序中对物料既要粉碎又要搅拌，而且还要对物料内的金属杂质进行预处理，然后输送至下一个工序，其中的过程需要人工来进行，浪费人力物力。

针对上述技术问题，本实用新型的技术目的是公开一种既能对物料进行搅拌、又能对物料进行粉碎或预处理的搅拌粉碎装置。                            
本实用新型的技术方案如下：
一种搅拌粉碎装置，该装置由搅拌装置与粉碎装置组成；所述搅拌装置包括一搅拌仓，该搅拌仓内设有搅拌轴，所述搅拌轴被一设于搅拌仓一侧的一搅拌电机驱动，所述搅拌仓下方设有出料口；所述粉碎装置包括一设于搅拌仓一侧的粉碎仓，所述粉碎仓上方设有一粉碎电机，所述粉碎仓内设有一筛片，粉碎仓下方为一出料通道；所述粉碎仓一侧设有进料通道，所述进料通道的端部套设有磁筒。

图1所示，一种搅拌粉碎装置，该装置由搅拌装置与粉碎装置组成；所述搅拌装置包括一搅拌仓7，搅拌仓7下部为输料仓10，搅拌仓7内设有搅拌轴12，所述搅拌轴12被一设于搅拌仓7一侧的一搅拌电机6驱动，所述搅拌仓7下方设有出料口8；所述粉碎装置包括一设于搅拌仓7一侧的粉碎仓2，所述粉碎仓2上方设有一粉碎电机5，所述粉碎仓2内设有一筛片4，粉碎仓2下方为一出料通道9，出料通道9上端连通粉碎仓2后，下端弯折延伸至搅拌粉碎装置一侧；搅拌仓7和粉碎仓2之间设有电器控制箱3；所述粉碎仓2一侧设有进料通道1，所述进料通道1的端部套设有磁筒11，该磁筒11能够将物料内的金属杂质吸附，完成进料的一个预处理工序。
