Abstract

一种作为箱体框架的玻纤框，该框包括圆杆、连接件、横杆、把手架和扣件。连接件上设有三个连接端，端内设有插槽。圆杆插入连接件中的插槽，与连接件共同组成正方体、长方体或不规则几何体等形状的框架。把手架位于该框的一个侧面，其上设有上固定座和下固定座，上固定座通过上横杆与位于两侧的两个连接件相连接，下横杆穿过下固定座，与位于两侧的两个连接件相连接。在框架的侧面还设有横杆，扣件把横杆夹扣在两圆杆之间。位于下固定座两侧的两个连接件设有圆弧凹槽，凹槽内容置有轮子。该玻纤框的总体重量很轻；采用三个连接端为一体的连接件，使得安装和拆卸很方便；在框架的侧面扣接有横杆，使得框架不容易变形，牢固性提高。

本实用新型属于一种旅行箱的框架。
背景技术
目前，市面上的箱体框架大都是由片状杆架通过螺钉搭接而成，使得拆装框架很繁琐，杆架的材质又比较重，所以造成箱子的总体重量较重。并且这些框架都是采用十二根杆架搭接而成，而竖直方向的杆架较长，受力容易变形。
实用新型内容
针对以上技术存在的不足，本实用新型提供了一种玻纤框，由该玻纤框做旅行箱的框架，可有效解决上述问题。
本实用新型采取的技术方案如下：
作为箱体框架的玻纤框，该框包括圆杆、连接件、横杆、把手架和扣件。连接件上设有三个连接端，端内设有插槽。圆杆插入连接件中的插槽，与连接件共同组成一个框架。把手架位于该框的一个侧面，其上设有上固定座和下固定座，上固定座通过上横杆与位于两侧的两个连接件相连接，下横杆穿过下固定座，与位于两侧的两个连接件相连接。在框架的侧面还设有横杆，扣件把横杆夹扣在两圆杆之间。
位于下固定座两侧的两个连接件设有圆弧凹槽，凹槽内容置有轮子。位于底面的另两个连接件，其上设有根脚。
框架的形状包括正方体、长方体或不规则几何体。
本实用新型的有益效果在于：采用三个连接端为一体的连接件，使得安装和拆卸该框很方便；在框架的侧面扣接有横杆，使得框架不容易变形，牢固性提高。

具体实施方式
下面将结合附图对本实用新型作进一步描述：
如图1和图2所示玻纤框的外观立体图及部分放大图，该玻纤框作为箱体框架，包括圆杆10、连接件20、横杆60、把手架30和扣件40。连接件20上设有三个连接端201，这三个连接端201相互垂直，为一体式结构，端内设有插槽，可插入圆杆10或横杆60，圆杆10由玻璃纤维或碳纤维等轻质材料制成，使得框架的整体重量减轻，拖行更容易。圆杆10插入连接件20中的插槽，与连接件20共同组成一个长方体框架。把手架30位于该框的一个侧面，设有上固定座301和下固定座302。上横杆601的两端分别插入上固定座301的插槽和上固定座301两侧的连接件20上的插槽，从而实现上固定座301与位于两侧的两个连接件20的连接。下横杆602则穿过下固定座302，其两端分别插入位于下固定座302两侧的两个连接件20上的插槽，从而实现了下固定座302与连接件20的连接(参见图3)。把手架30由此固定在该侧面上。位于下固定座302两侧的两个连接件20设有圆弧凹槽203，槽内容置有轮子50，轮子50可在该槽内旋转。位于底面的另两个连接件20，其上设有根脚202，两个根脚202的最低点和两个轮子50的最低点构成一个水平平面，使框架能平稳地竖立。在竖立的圆杆10上设有扣件40，两相邻圆杆10上的扣件40之间夹扣有横杆60，用于加强该框架的牢固性。因为竖立的圆杆10的长度较长，受力容易变形，所以夹扣在其间的横杆60，能防止其变形。扣件40可在两圆杆10间上下移动，便于调节横杆60的位置，以便于找到更好位置来实现框架的牢固性。该玻织框各部件的整体性较强，不仅结构牢固，而且拆装十分方便。
当然，以上的实施例只是在于说明而不是限制本实用新型，以上所述仅是本实用新型的较佳实施例，故凡依本实用新型专利申请范围所述的方法所做的等效变化或修饰，比如，将长方体框架改变成正方体或其它不规则几何体等形状，均包括于本实用新型专利申请范围内。

Claims (3)

1.玻纤框，作为箱体的框架，其特征在于：该框包括圆杆、连接件、横杆、把手架和扣件；连接件上设有三个连接端，端内设有插槽；圆杆插入连接件中的插槽，与连接件共同组成一个框架；把手架位于该框的一个侧面，其上设有上固定座和下固定座，上固定座通过上横杆与位于两侧的两个连接件相连接，下横杆穿过下固定座，与位于两侧的两个连接件相连接；在框架的侧面还设有横杆，扣件把横杆夹扣在两圆杆之间。
2.根据权利要求1所述的玻纤框，其特征在于：位于下固定座两侧的两个连接件设有圆弧凹槽，凹槽内容置有轮子；位于底面的另两个连接件，其上设有根脚。
3.根据权利要求1所述的玻纤框，其特征在于：框架的形状包括正方体或长方体。
