本实用新型提供一种镍合金高温套管,其既能克服氧化铝瓷套管易碎、易炸裂的缺点,同时又能克服不锈钢套管不能耐高温的缺点。
本实用新型具体采用如下技术方案:
一种镍合金高温套管,包括氧化铝套管本体,其特征是,至少在氧化铝套管本体外壁包覆镍合金层。
为使高温套管不易破碎,本实用新型优选在氧化铝外壁和内壁都包覆有镍合金层。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型不易碎裂,抗炸裂性好,同时其能在最高温度为1600摄氏度下稳定工作。
