本实用新型涉及一种橡胶条,包括绝缘弹性本体,该绝缘弹性本体内设置有纵向通孔,其特征在于:所述纵向通孔内壁设置有纵向分布的、自然状态下相互隔开、在所述绝缘弹性本体受到外力被挤压状态下相互接触电连接的两根导电条。与现有技术相比,本实用新型的优点在于:1、橡胶条成品制作简单:将导电条直接做到橡胶条里面去,形成一体型产品,制作成品时无需大管套小管,只需定尺寸直接切断就可使用。2、制作成品时不会出现故障:因无需大管套小管,也无牵引,所以制作不会出现因拉伸出现短路现象。3、成本降低:因一体化设计,省去原有压力传感器(硅胶管)。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种橡胶条。
背景技术
现有的电动门、自动感应门、自动旋转门、车库门、工业门、商业门、电动卷帘窗、汽车门、地铁门等机械及公共安全场合,大多需要使用到橡胶条以及压力传感器。其工作原理是,在上述各种电动门、自动感应门、自动旋转门、车库门、工业门、商业门、电动卷帘窗、汽车门、地铁门的接触部根据实际要求安装不同规格的橡胶条,橡胶条一方面起到密封、减震作用,另一方面与压力传感器配合使用,起到通断电作用,即将压力传感器放置在橡胶条的纵向通孔内,自然状态下橡胶条及压力传感器没有受到外力的积压,压力传感器内的两根导电条相互隔开不同通电,而在橡胶条和压力传感器受到外力被挤压状态下,压力传感器内的两根导电条则会相互接触电连接,从而实现通电。
现有的压力传感器,一般采用硅胶管,其存在以下的缺点:
1、生产难度大,在生产时一批料如碰到机械或挤压时出现故障,时间一旦延迟,就会导致成批料报废。
2、成本高:硅胶、导电线、导电条、粘合的胶水成本费用偏高。
3、灵敏度偏差:压力传感器(硅胶管)需要穿到橡胶条里面使用,外部轻微的外挤压力对压力传感器来说,其反应并不灵敏。
并且,现有的橡胶条与压力传感器配套使用时,也存在以下不足:
1、制作费工费力:压力传感器(硅胶管)穿到橡胶条里面非常难穿,因二种产品都是属橡胶制品,它们互相的摩擦力系数增大。制作时费工费力并容易牵引时出现故障。
2、制作成品容易出现故障:压力传感器(硅胶管)穿到橡胶条里面制作时,因两物体摩擦力很大,通常无法直接穿过,都是通过钢丝牵引,牵引因用力不当,导致导电胶条在橡胶条内松动或分离,并且还容易使导电条长度增大引发的短路现象。
3、成本大:压力传感器制作原料大部分都是进口硅胶,因抗拉与抗温需要二根导电线是进口的杜邦丝,导电线与导电条粘合的胶水依赖进口。
4、灵敏度差:因压力传感器(硅胶管)本身是硅橡胶做成一椭圆形,又穿到橡胶条里面去,大力度挤压反应灵敏,小力度挤压有时就不灵敏。
实用新型内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是针对上述现有技术提供一种制作成品时不易出现故障、制作简单、成本较低的橡胶条。
本实用新型解决上述技术问题所采用的技术方案为:该橡胶条,包括绝缘弹性本体,该绝缘弹性本体内设置有纵向通孔,其特征在于:所述纵向通孔内壁设置有纵向分布的、自然状态下相互隔开、在所述绝缘弹性本体受到外力被挤压状态下相互接触电连接的两根导电条。
上述导电条可以为导电橡胶,并且为了增强两根导电橡胶的机械强度和抗拉力,平衡两根导电橡胶因长度增长而引起的电阻偏大导致触发灵敏度降低的问题,所述两根导电橡胶的中间分别嵌设有至少一根导电线。
上述导电条也可以为由铜丝编织而成的导电铜丝带,该导电铜丝带直接贴附在所述纵向通孔内壁上。
较好的,所述两根导电条沿着所述纵向通孔内壁对称设置。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型的优点在于:
1、橡胶条成品制作简单:将导电条直接做到橡胶条里面去,形成一体型产品,制作成品时无需大管套小管,只需定尺寸直接切断就可使用。
2、制作成品时不会出现故障:因无需大管套小管,也无牵引,所以制作不会出现因拉伸出现短路现象。
3、成本降低:因一体化设计,省去原有压力传感器(硅胶管)。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图实施例对本实用新型作进一步详细描述。
实施例一:
请参见图1和图2所示的橡胶条,其包括绝缘弹性本体1,缘弹性本体1的上部设置有定位卡条13,该定位卡条13呈倾斜状设置在缘弹性本体1上部,该绝缘弹性本体内设置有纵向通孔11,该纵向通孔11内壁设置有纵向分布的、自然状态下相互隔开、在所述绝缘弹性本体受到外力被挤压状态下相互接触电连接的两根导电条12。
本实施例中,两根导电条12为由铜丝编织而成的导电铜丝带,该导电铜丝带直接贴附在所述纵向通孔11内壁上,并且所述两根导电铜丝带沿着所述纵向通孔11内壁对称设置。
实施例二:
与实施例一不同的是,橡胶条的绝缘弹性本体1的规格不同,其定位卡条呈T字型,竖直设置在缘弹性本体1上部。
实施例三:
与实施例一不同的是,两根导电条12为导电橡胶,并且两根导电橡胶的中间分别嵌设有四根导电线14。。
Claims (4)
1.一种橡胶条,包括绝缘弹性本体,该绝缘弹性本体内设置有纵向通孔,其特征在于:所述纵向通孔内壁设置有纵向分布的、自然状态下相互隔开、在所述绝缘弹性本体受到外力被挤压状态下相互接触电连接的两根导电条。
2.根据权利要求1所述的橡胶条,其特征在于:所述导电条为导电橡胶,并且两根导电橡胶的中间分别嵌设有至少一根导电线。
3.根据权利要求1所述的橡胶条,其特征在于:所述导电条为由铜丝编织而成的导电铜丝带,该导电铜丝带直接贴附在所述纵向通孔内壁上。
4.根据权利要求1、2或3所述的橡胶条,其特征在于:所述两根导电条沿着所述纵向通孔内壁对称设置。
