本实用新型的目的是提供一种可旋转式封闭路障，开启方便，可有效阻止机动车辆进入。
为实现上述目的，本实用新型通过以下技术方案实现：
可旋转式封闭路障，包括横杆一、横杆二、旋转轴、滑锁，其特征在于，所述的横杆一和横杆二一端分别设置旋转轴，横杆一与横杆二的另一端通过滑锁连接，横杆一和横杆二可绕着旋转轴旋转。
与现有技术相比，本实用新型的优点是：
1、阻止机动车辆进入；
2、出现紧急情况时开启迅速。

见图1、可旋转式封闭路障，包括横杆一1、横杆二2、旋转轴3、滑锁4，所述的横杆一1和横杆二2一端分别设置旋转轴，横杆一1与横杆二2的另一端通过滑锁4连接，横杆一1和横杆二2可绕着旋转轴4旋转。
平时横杆一1和横杆二2通过滑锁4对接上锁，达到阻止机动车辆进入的目的，紧急情况发生时横杆一1和横杆二2通过旋转轴3迅速旋转打开，形成通道，方便车辆和人员进出。
