本实用新型涉及一种隔膜泵直通式进料阀阀座的装入工具。
背景技术
阀座是由耐磨的合金钢材料制造的，设备运转时阀座与阀箱之间的锥配合面必须紧密贴合，使得阀座在液体冲击时无漂浮现象。因此，在安装时要对其施加外力将阀座压紧，并且，由于直通式进料阀出料口与隔膜室相连接，其阀座安装时只能从阀盖处安装。但目前尚无这方面装入工具的报导。
发明内容
本实用新型就是针对上述问题，提供一种装入隔膜泵直通式进料阀阀座的工具。
为了实现本实用新型的上述目的，本实用新型采用如下技术方案，本实用新型包括螺杆，其结构要点螺杆的上螺母的上方设置有顶盘，螺杆的下螺母的底部依次设置有楔铁、压板，楔铁与压板之间设置有可以横向滑动的横向楔铁。
本实用新型的有益效果：通过本实用新型的阀座装入工具，可以很方便地将隔膜泵直通式进料阀的阀座装入，为使用者提供了方便，同时也提高了工作的效率。

具体实施方式
本实用新型包括螺杆6，螺杆6的上螺母7的上方设置有顶盘8，螺杆6的下螺母5的底部依次设置有楔铁9、压板4，楔铁9与压板4之间设置有可以横向滑动的横向楔铁10。
下面结合附图具体说明本实用新型的一次使用过程：将进料阀阀腔2及阀座1清洗干净并将安装好密封圈的阀座1放入阀腔2；然后将本实用新型的螺杆6置于阀腔2内，将上螺母7、下螺母5分别固紧顶盘8、压板4，再在楔铁9与压板4之间插入横向楔铁10，并横向敲击横向楔铁10，横向楔铁10与楔铁9相互滑动，使阀座1压紧于阀箱3上。
