Abstract

本实用新型公开了一种预沉淀式管道过滤器，它包括由管道和过滤管组成的过滤器本体，在管道进口连接一个离心弯管，离心弯管的进口安装一个止回阀，通过止回阀与溶液管道连接；离心弯管的垂直段底部安装一个放净阀。溶液在进入过滤管前首先在离心弯管处离心旋转，颗粒大的杂质在离心力作用下沉淀于离心弯管的重直段中，因而不会再吸附到过滤管上，从而减少了过滤管的清洗次数。只要定期打开放净阀，放出杂质，再反冲一下即可完成清洗作用。

背景技术
目前的管道过滤器结构都是在管道内安装一个过滤管，需经常清除过滤管截留的杂质才能正常生产。清除时一般采用反冲法成互接将过滤管抽出清洗。因清除工作频繁影响正常生产。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是设计一种预沉淀式管道过滤器。这种过滤器能在溶液经过滤管前使杂质得到预先沉淀，从而解决清除工作频繁的问题。
一种预沉淀式管道过滤器，它包括由管道和过滤管组成的过滤器本体，其特征在于，在管道进口连接一个离心弯管，离心弯管的进口安装一个止回阀，通过止回阀与溶液管道连接；离心弯管的垂直段底部安装一个放净阀。
下面根据本实用新型的工作原理来说明其积极效果。
溶液在进入过滤管前首先在离心弯管处离心旋转，颗粒大的杂质在离心力作用下沉淀于离心弯管的重直段中，因而不会再吸附到过滤管上，从而减少了过滤管的清洗次数。只要定期打开放净阀，放出杂质，再反冲一下即可完成清洗作用。

如参照附图进一步说明本实用新型的技术方案。如图1所示，它包括由管道1和过滤管5组成的过滤器本体，在管道1进口连接一个离心弯管2，离心弯管2的进口安装一个止回阀3，通过止回阀3与溶液管道连接；离心弯管2的垂直段底部安装一个放净阀4。
另外，在过滤器出口的侧面安装有备用接口6，便于以后的维修备用。

1.一种预沉淀式管道过滤器，它包括由管道和过滤管组成的过滤器本体，其特征在于，在管道进口连接一个离心弯管，离心弯管的进口安装一个止回阀，通过止回阀与溶液管道连接；离心弯管的垂直段底部安装一个放净阀。
2.如权利要求1所述的预沉淀式管道过滤器，其特征在于，在过滤器出口的侧面安装有备用接口。
