Abstract
本实用新型涉及一种废水回收率高的铝氧化漂洗废水的处理及回用设备。在该设备中,调节容器连通铝氧化的漂洗槽,用来调节铝氧化漂洗废水pH值,至2-4之间。预处理装置连通该调节容器,对调节后的废水进行预处理以去除包含悬浮物、微生物、有机物的杂质,使水质满足进入反渗透膜的要求。第一反渗透装置具有入口、产水出口和浓水出口,第一反渗透装置的入口连通预处理装置,第一反渗透装置的产水出口连通漂洗槽以回用漂洗水。纳滤装置具有入口、产水出口和浓水出口,纳滤装置的入口连接到该浓水出口,纳滤装置的产水出口连通调节容器以回流产水,纳滤装置的浓水出口连通到铝合金生产过程中特定工艺的废水槽中,以将纳滤装置的浓水作为水处理助剂使用。

背景技术
[0002] 为克服铝合金表面性能方面的缺点,扩大应用范围,延长使用寿命,必须对其进行 表面处理。阳极氧化技术是铝合金表面处理技术中应用最广泛和最成功的技术,它通过电 化学的方法,使铝材获得较厚的人工氧化膜,从而提高铝制品的耐蚀性、耐磨性。
[0003] 铝阳极氧化处理后的铝材必须经过多级漂洗,耗水量极大。据估计,每处理一吨铝 材,需要消耗数十吨漂洗水。若漂洗后的废水不能进行有效的处理和回收使用,将造成严重 的环境污染和资源的浪费。
[0004] 铝氧化漂洗废水中酸度较高,并含有大量的铝离子和其他一些杂质。当前最常用 的处理方法是对该废水进行加碱中和,调节其PH值达到中性,令废水中的铝离子形成氢氧 化物沉淀,再通过沉淀和过滤的方式除去。例如文献:“铝合金生产污水处理零排放的研 究”(许旋、罗一帆,电镀与涂饰,2001,20 (3) :31-34)提出采用石灰中和后,通过混凝沉淀、 离子交换的方式实现废水回用。

[0006] 1、铝是两性金属,PH控制不当容易造成铝的沉淀不彻底或反溶,难以达到排放标 准。

[0008] 3、产生大量沉淀,沉降困难,脱水难,无法处置。
[0009] 4、出水水质较差,无法实现回用。
[0010] 5、为实现废水的回用,需要在中和沉淀处理的基础上再增加离子交换、膜处理等 手段,工艺路线长,投资和占地面积大,洗脱液或浓水需要再次进行处理。
[0011] 有研究者采用反渗透法处理并回收铝氧化漂洗废水,例如国家海洋局杭州水处理 技术开发中心,在文献“反渗透技术在铝氧化废水处理和回用中的应用”(吴遵义等,水处理 技术,2007,33 (4) :69-71)中提到,某企业铝氧化废水先用抗污染膜浓缩4倍,再用海水淡 化膜浓缩5倍,再经过蒸发浓缩后成为固体填埋,反渗透的产水实现回用。采用全反渗透法 处理回收铝氧化漂洗废水,为了实现较高的回收率,必须设置多段处理。废水在经过第一段 浓缩后,其浓水浓度提高3-4倍,进行第二段浓缩时,需要采用昂贵的海水淡化膜,并提供 极高的压力,能耗大,设备投资大,运行成本高,经济性很成问题。
[0012] 纳滤技术作为对低压反渗透技术的发展,能够有效地去除二价及以上的离子。纳 滤膜的运行压力一般只有常规反渗透膜的15%,用纳滤技术代替反渗透处理废水,能大大 降低能耗,节省运行费用。所以纳滤技术广泛应用于苦咸水软化、化工产品浓缩等领域。但 是纳滤技术对一价离子,如Na+的脱除率很低,所以,单独采用纳滤处理,很难保证出水满 足铝氧化生产回用要求。[0013] 当前对于采用反渗透和纳滤联用的技术处理废水也有不少研究。目前尚未有采用 反渗透/纳滤联用技术涉及对铝氧化漂洗废水的处理的公开。当前的反渗透/纳滤联用技 术都是以提高产水水质为目的,将废水先经过纳滤一级处理,去除绝大部分杂质后,其产水 再用反渗透进行二级处理制成纯水。这种技术运行稳定,处理效果好,但是产生的浓水水量 相对较大,废水回用率较低。若要增大回收率,需要对纳滤和反渗透浓水进行回流,提高了 原水中污染物的浓度,增加了处理的难度和膜污染的风险。
[0014] 无论废水处理的回收率如何提高,还是会有一定规模的浓水,该浓水含盐量很高, 无法有效利用。针对生产废水资源化回收所产生的浓水,目前一般采取简单处理后排放的 方式进行,容易造成二次污染。尽管蒸发浓缩或膜蒸馏技术可以得到高浓度的溶质,但能耗 高,只有当溶质的价值很高时才有经济性,而这并不适用铝氧化漂洗废水的回用。
[0015] 因此对于铝氧化漂洗废水,期望有一种有针对性的处理和回用设备,在回收效率、 能耗、浓水处理方面均有较优的效果。
实用新型内容
[0016] 本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种废水回收率高且能实现浓水回用的 铝阳极氧化漂洗废水的处理及回用设备。
[0017] 本实用新型提出一种铝氧化漂洗废水的处理及回用设备,包括:
[0018] 调节容器,连通铝氧化的漂洗槽,在该调节容器中调节铝氧化漂洗废水至预定pH 值,其中该预定PH值在2-4之间;
[0019] 预处理装置,连通该调节容器,对调节后的废水进行预处理以去除包含悬浮物、微 生物、有机物的杂质,使水质满足进入反渗透膜的要求;
[0020] 第一反渗透装置,具有入口、产水出口和浓水出口,第一反渗透装置的入口连通预 处理装置,第一反渗透装置的产水出口连通漂洗槽以回用漂洗水;以及
[0021] 纳滤装置,具有入口、产水出口和浓水出口,纳滤装置的入口连接到第一反渗透装 置的浓水出口,纳滤装置的产水出口连通调节容器以回流产水,纳滤装置的浓水出口连通 到铝合金生产过程中特定工艺的废水槽中,以将纳滤装置的浓水作为水处理助剂使用。
[0022] 在本实用新型一实施例中,上述的设备还可包括:第二反渗透装置,具有入口、产 水出口和浓水出口,第二反渗透装置的入口连通第一反渗透装置的产水出口,第二反渗透 装置的产水出口输出纯水,第二反渗透装置的浓水出口连通调节水箱,在第二反渗透装置 中将第一反渗透装置的产水制成纯水。
[0023] 在本实用新型一实施例中,上述调节容器中设有pH在线仪表和自动加碱装置,以 在该调节容器中调节废水的PH值。
[0024] 在本实用新型一实施例中,上述预处理装置依次包括:石英砂过滤器、活性炭过滤 器、精密过滤器。
[0025] 在本实用新型一实施例中,上述特定工艺包括:铝合金阳极氧化工艺的封孔工艺, 其中纳滤装置的浓水作为混凝剂使用;以及/或者铝合金生产过程中的化学抛光和电化学 抛光工艺,其中纳滤装置的浓水用于除去含磷废水中的磷。
[0026] 本实用新型由于采用以上技术方案,使之与现有技术相比,将反渗透技术同纳滤 技术相结合,利用纳滤技术处理一级反渗透浓水,并使纳滤产水回流,显著提高膜处理系统的回收率,并减少反渗透进水的污染物浓度,减轻系统负担;同时纳滤所需的压力较低,可 以显著降低能耗和运行成本。并且,高度浓缩后的纳滤浓水,作为水处理助剂使用,可处理 铝合金生产工艺中的高浊废水、封孔含氟废水,以及含磷废水等,实现变废为宝。

具体实施方式
[0030] 在本实用新型下面描述的实施例中,针对铝阳极氧化漂洗废水,不经过中和沉淀, 直接采用膜技术对其进行处理,实现回用。在膜技术中,通过反渗透和纳滤结合处理以实现 较高的废水回收率。在浓水处理方面,本实用新型的实施例从整个铝合金生产流程的角度 考虑,在分析了浓水成分的基础上,将浓水使用到生产流程的其它工艺以实现利用目的。
[0031] 本实用新型的铝阳极氧化漂洗废水的处理及回用设备的实施例将结合图1所示 设备和图2所示的流程描述。
[0032] 首先,参照图1所示,处理及回用设备配置了调节容器101、预处理装置102、第一 反渗透(RO)装置103、第二反渗透装置105、纳滤(NF)装置104,这些部件之间根据流程所 需通过管路相互连通,并与铝阳极氧化漂洗的漂洗水槽100连通。
[0033] 调节容器101用于实现pH值调节的功能。为此,调节容器101通常配备包括pH 在线仪表和自动加碱装置的PH值调节装置。
[0034] 预处理装置102的功能是去除悬浮物、微生物、有机物等杂质,使水质满足进入反 渗透膜的要求。预处理装置102通常可进一步分为:石英砂过滤器、活性炭过滤器、精密过 滤器等。对于水质较差的铝氧化漂洗废水,可以在其后增加超滤处理器。预处理过程中一 般需要通过自动加药装置,在管路中加入杀菌剂和缓蚀阻垢剂等,也可用紫外杀菌的方式 替代杀菌剂的使用。
[0035] 反渗透装置是采用膜处理技术进行浓缩,以获得部分水质较高的产水。反渗透装 置103的产水已经满足铝氧化阳极的漂洗要求,可以回输至漂洗槽100。可选地,反渗透装 置105进一步将反渗透装置103的部分产水纯化,以制得纯水。可以理解,尽管图1示出两 个反渗透装置,但是本实用新型的实施例可以只在使用反渗透装置103的条件下工作。
[0036] 纳滤装置104可对反渗透装置103的浓水进一步处理,纳滤的产水可以回流至调 节容器101,而纳滤的浓水可以经管路输送到铝合金生产流程的其它工艺所产生的废水废 液中,作为助凝剂使用。
[0037] 图2为本实用新型一实施例的铝阳极氧化漂洗废水的处理流程图。参照图2所示, 该处理流程包括以下步骤:
[0038] 步骤Si,将铝氧化漂洗废水自漂洗槽100中引入调节容器101,在调节容器100中 通过PH在线仪表和自动加碱装置,调节废水的pH。pH控制范围以不损伤膜元件和保证废 水中的铝以离子状态稳定于水体中为标准,优选在2-4之间。[0039] 步骤S2,在预处理装置102中对调节后的废水通过一系列预处理手段,以去除包 含悬浮物、微生物、有机物的杂质,使水质满足进入反渗透膜的要求。
[0040] 承上述,在一实施例中,预处理的手段依次包括:石英砂过滤、活性炭过滤、精密过 滤。在较佳实施例中,对于水质较差的铝氧化漂洗废水,可以在其后增加超滤处理。预处理 过程中需要通过自动加药装置,加入杀菌剂和缓蚀阻垢剂等,也可用紫外杀菌的方式替代 杀菌剂的使用。
[0041] 步骤S3a,将经过预处理的废水用高压泵输入第一反渗透装置103进行反渗透处 理。第一反渗透装置103的产水完全满足漂洗水水质要求,可经产水出口直接回输到漂洗 槽100。并且,将第一反渗透装置103的浓水经浓水出口输入到纳滤装置104中。
[0042] 可选地,在步骤S3a,将至少部分第一反渗透装置103的产水经产水出口输入到第 二反渗透装置105。经过二级反渗透处理,制成纯水经产水出口输出,应用于铝合金生产过 程中的封孔等水质要求高的生产工段。第二反渗透装置105的浓水经浓水接口回输至调节 水箱101同漂洗废水混合,提高回收率,并稀释原水。
[0043] 步骤S4,在纳滤装置104中进行采用纳滤处理,去除绝大部分的金属离子和硫酸 根。将纳滤装置104的产水经产水出口回输至调节水箱,同调节水箱中的漂洗废水混合,由 于纳滤产水水质远优于漂洗废水原水水质,该回流处理在提高废水回收率的同时,对原水 进行了一定程度的稀释,减轻了反渗透装置的负担。另外,经浓水出口输出纳滤装置104的 浓水。
[0044] 步骤S5,将纳滤装置的浓水作为水处理助剂使用。纳滤产生的浓水中含有较高浓 度的铝离子,具有促进悬浮颗粒物混凝沉降的效果。将该浓水作为水处理助剂,添加到铝合 金生产过程的其他废水中,可有助于提高废水混凝沉淀的效果,并减少混凝剂的用量。
[0045] 在一个具体实施例中,将纳滤浓水同铝合金阳极氧化的冷封孔工艺的废水混合, 铝离子可以同封孔废水中的氟离子在适当条件下生成难溶络合物,形成沉淀去除,其去除 效果优于普通的聚氯化铝混凝剂。
[0046] 在另一个具体实施例中,将纳滤浓水添加到铝合金生产过程产水的含磷废水中, 在合适的PH条件下,可去除废水中绝大部分的总磷,实现废水达标排放。具体地说,在铝合 金生产过程中需要经过抛光处理,除了机械抛光外,化学抛光和电化学抛光中需要使用磷 酸或磷酸盐,并随废水一起排出,纳滤浓水可用于处理废水中的磷。
[0047] 经过上述对铝阳极氧化漂洗废水的处理流程,可以实现大部分废水的回用,而高 度浓缩的含铝浓液,可以替代部分混凝剂,用于其他废水的处理,达到环境保护和变废为宝 的双重目的。
[0048] 综上所述,本实用新型的铝氧化漂洗废水处理及回用设备与背景技术中提到的已 有技术相比具有以下优点:
[0049] 1、舍弃了中和沉淀处理,大大简化了铝氧化漂洗废水处理的流程,节省占地面积。
[0050] 2、铝氧化漂洗废水实现回用,废水回收率高。大大减少企业污水处理的压力或排
污费用。
[0051] 3、酸性条件进水,解决了中性进水容易因pH控制不准确而导致膜污染的问题,也 不会产生钙镁结垢的问题,微生物的生长减慢,同时大幅减少碱的消耗。
[0052] 4、将反渗透技术同纳滤技术相结合,利用纳滤技术处理一级反渗透浓水,纳滤产水回流,显著提高膜处理系统的回收率,并减少反渗透进水的污染物浓度,减轻系统负担; 同时纳滤所需的压力较低,可以显著降低能耗和运行成本。
[0053] 5、高度浓缩后的纳滤浓水,作为水处理助剂使用,可处理高浊废水、封孔含氟废 水,以及含磷废水等,实现变废为宝。

Claims (4)
1. 一种铝氧化漂洗废水的处理及回用设备,包括:调节容器,连通铝氧化的漂洗槽,在该调节容器中调节铝氧化漂洗废水至预定PH值, 其中该预定PH值在2-4之间;预处理装置,连通该调节容器,对调节后的废水进行预处理以去除包含悬浮物、微生 物、有机物的杂质,使水质满足进入反渗透膜的要求;第一反渗透装置,具有入口、产水出口和浓水出口,第一反渗透装置的入口连通预处理 装置,第一反渗透装置的产水出口连通漂洗槽以回用漂洗水;纳滤装置,具有入口、产水出口和浓水出口,纳滤装置的入口连接到第一反渗透装置的 浓水出口,纳滤装置的产水出口连通调节容器以回流产水,纳滤装置的浓水出口连通到铝 合金生产过程中氧化工艺的封孔工艺、或者化学抛光和电化学抛光工艺的废水槽中,以将 纳滤装置的浓水作为水处理助剂使用。
2.如权利要求1所述的设备,其特征在于,还包括:第二反渗透装置,具有入口、产水出口和浓水出口,第二反渗透装置的入口连通第一反 渗透装置的产水出口,第二反渗透装置的产水出口输出纯水,第二反渗透装置的浓水出口 连通调节水箱,在第二反渗透装置中将第一反渗透装置的产水制成纯水。
3.如权利要求1所述的设备,其特征在于,所述调节容器中设有PH在线仪表和自动加 碱装置,以在该调节容器中调节废水的PH值。
4.如权利要求1所述的设备,其特征在于,所述预处理装置依次包括:石英砂过滤器、 活性炭过滤器、精密过滤器。
