本实用新型涉及一种双枪同体自动换枪切割装置，其包括：机架，连接杆，以及用于安装火焰枪或者等离子枪的夹枪装置，所述连接杆连接有一固定架，所述固定架上设有第一夹枪装置，所述固定架左侧连接有一前置枪滑动装置，所述前置枪滑动装置左侧连接有第二夹枪装置，所述前置枪滑动装置由一设有导轨的固定件以及设置在导轨上的滑块组成，所述固定件为C型。本实用新型的优点是：1、在保证火焰枪和等离子枪同时存在的前提下，减少挂枪和溜板及拖链数量，从而降低了机床的加工量和制造成本；同时增加了机床的有效切割幅面；2、单溜板挂枪上同时具有两种调高功能：弧压调高和电容调高，提高换枪切割的速度，从而提高了机床的工作效率。

技术领域：
本实用新型涉及一种双枪同体自动换枪切割装置。 
背景技术：
目前切割机主要是纯火焰和纯等离子切割机，也有部分同机双(多)挂双(多)枪(火焰和等离子)切割机，但这种双(多)挂双(多)枪切割机主要是双(多)挂架和溜板的机构体，其一挂枪只能配一种调节装置，不能实现自动换枪，同时浪费材料和加工工时，也增加了机床的制造成本。 
发明内容：
为了解决上述技术问题，本实用新型提供了一种双枪同体自动换枪切割装置。 
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：一种双枪同体自动换枪切割装置，包括：机架，连接杆，以及用于安装火焰枪或者等离子枪的夹枪装置，所述连接杆连接有一固定架，所述固定架上设有第一夹枪装置，所述固定架左侧连接有一前置枪滑动装置，所述前置枪滑动装置左侧连接有第二夹枪装置。 
进一步的：所述前置枪滑动装置由一设有导轨的固定件以及设置在导轨上的滑块组成。 
进一步的：所述固定件为C型。 
本实用新型的优点是：1、在保证火焰枪和等离子枪同时存在的前提下，减少挂枪和溜板及拖链数量，从而降低了机床的加工量和制造成本；同时增加了机床的有效切割幅面；2、单溜板挂枪上同时具有两种调高功能：弧压调高和电容调高，提高换枪切割的速度，从而提高了机床的工作效率。

具体实施方式：
图中：1、机架；2、连接杆；3-1、第一夹枪装置；3-2、第二夹枪装置；4、固定架；5、前置枪滑动装置；6、固定件；7、滑块；8、导轨；9、等离子枪；10、火焰枪。 
如图1～4所示的一种双枪同体自动换枪切割装置，包括：机架1，连接杆2，以及用于安装火焰枪10或者等离子枪9的夹枪装置，所述连接杆2连接有一固定架4，所述固定架4上设有第一夹枪装置3-1，所述固定架4左侧连接有一前置枪滑动装置5，所述前置枪滑动装置5左侧连接有第二夹枪装置3-2，所述前置枪滑动装置5包括一设有导轨8的固定件6以及设置在导轨8上的滑块7，而为了使固定件6更稳定性，所述固定件6形状为C型，其可与第一夹枪装置3-1上的等离子枪9相互固定，而第二夹枪装置3-2上上固定有火焰枪10。当然，所述第一夹枪装置3-1上的等离子枪9与第二夹枪装置3-2上的火焰枪10可相互换位安装。 
当需要等离子枪9时，如等离子枪9处于低位时，就可使用，如果火焰枪10处于低位，则可通过滑块7在导轨8上向上移动，使火焰枪10位于高位即可，当需要转换使用火焰枪10时，通过导轨8内的滑块7向下移动，使火焰枪10位于低位，即转换成功。

1.一种双枪同体自动换枪切割装置，包括：机架(1)，连接杆(2)，以及用于安装火焰枪(10)或者等离子枪(9)的夹枪装置，其特征是：所述连接杆(2)连接有一固定架(4)，所述固定架(4)上设有第一夹枪装置(3-1)，所述固定架(4)左侧连接有一前置枪滑动装置(5)，所述前置枪滑动装置(5)左侧连接有第二夹枪装置(3-2)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的双枪同体自动换枪切割装置，其特征是：所述前置枪滑动装置(5)由一设有导轨(8)的固定件(6)以及设置在导轨(8)上的滑块(7)组成。
3.根据权利要求2所述的双枪同体自动换枪切割装置，其特征是：所述固定件(6)为C型。
