本实用新型涉及对潜水轴流泵、潜水混流泵的吸入室结构改进。
背景技术
如附图(1)所示的传统潜水轴(混)流泵吸入室为一个进水喇叭11,进水喇叭内部中空结构,强度不好,当水池流态不好时会产生旋涡,导水锥12用螺钉固定在叶轮上,增加了电机的负载,并且导水锥并不能完全消除旋涡,因此有必要设计一种新结构对此加以改进,以解决存在的旋涡问题。
发明内容:
本实用新型的目的是解决现有技术中传统潜水轴(混)流泵吸入室为一个中空结构的进水喇叭所存在的上述问题,提供一中具有强导流功能的进水喇叭。本实用新型设计具有强导流功能的进水喇叭,包括进水喇叭,其特征在于:进水喇叭上有四根环形加强筋,四根环形加强筋相互平行于进水喇叭的进口端面,导水锥与进水喇叭铸造连接。本实用新型的优点是铸造更方便,减少铸造模具数量,减少加工量及零件数量,节省时间,提高了工作效率。同时也加强了吸入导流功能,同时也提高了泵的效率,增强了结构强度。

具体实施方式:
图中包括进水喇叭1,其特征在于:进水喇叭1上有四根环形加强筋2,四根环形加强筋2相互平行于进水喇叭的进口端面,导水锥3与进水喇叭铸造连接。
把导水锥与进水喇叭铸造时整体铸造好,中间铸造有有四个加强筋。这样的导水锥不用再打孔与叶轮联接,结构减少了联接螺钉及装配定位止,减少了加工量,安装、很方便,快捷,特别是导水锥不装在轴上,减少了电机的负载,节省了功率,提高了机组效率;同时进水喇叭上整体强度更好,而且加强筋且有消除水流吸入时产品的旋涡,与导流锥一起更加加强了导流功能,使吸入水流分布更均匀,提高了泵的效率。
