本实用新型涉及煤矿巷道支护,尤其是架棚支护。 
背景技术
目前在井下巷道施工中,当巷道顶板破碎及过断层时,往往采用工字钢或U型钢架棚支护。架棚时,为保证架棚间距及俩架棚间的稳定性,两个架棚之间使用木质撑棍以便保持架棚的稳定性及一定的间距。由于井下空气潮湿,木质撑棍容易变形及腐朽,当巷道来压时,架棚容易倾斜及歪倒。而煤矿上的废旧锚杆却作为废铁处理非常浪费。 
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是利用废旧锚杆加工成联棚器,从而解决架棚的使用寿命和废旧锚杆的利用问题。 
一种废旧锚杆联棚器,其特征在于,联棚器的构造是,在废旧锚杆的两端加工有螺纹,锚杆两端再套上U型卡子,两个U型卡子的间距等于棚间距。 
使用时,将U型卡子卡在棚腿上,通过两端的螺纹穿入锚杆,并拧上螺母,使两个架棚连成一体。 
这种联棚器的积极效果是,稳定性好,寿命长,有效的保证了架棚的支护稳定性,使废旧锚杆得到了重复利用,节约木材消耗量,而且联棚器可重复回收利用。

如图1所示,本实用新型是在废旧锚杆1的两端加工有螺纹,再在两端穿上U型卡子2,并拧上螺母3。
