本实用新型的技术解决方案是:两针四轴塔钟机芯,包括电机、壳体,壳体上设有时针轴、分针轴、蜗杆、蜗轮轴,蜗轮轴装有过轮、蜗轮、跨轮,时针轴装有时轮,分针轴装有分轮,过轮与分轮啮合,跨轮与时轮啮合,蜗杆与蜗轮啮合。
作为改进,所述蜗轮的材料采用黄铜。
本实用新型的技术效果是:本实用新型通过电机依次带动蜗杆、蜗轮、蜗轮轴,蜗轮轴通过过轮和跨轮分别带动分针轴、时针轴旋转,因此,本实用新型比夹板机芯加工简单,传动机构少,可靠性高,成本低。
