本实用新型应用于土木工程中桩基承载力检测,具体是一种桩基承载力有关参数的检测装置。
背景技术
桩基承载能力的设计依据和承载力检测是关系到工程建设质量安全最关键的一环节,目前桩基承载能力的设计依据和承载力确定的主要依据静载试验和高应变法。后者快捷,由于数据可靠性不高,试验结果得不到设计人员认可;前者虽然可靠性高,但因需要庞大的梁锚体系或笨重的堆重物,费时、费力、费材料,还存在安全隐患。
现有的组合式荷载箱有上下两块底板。各位移套管和声侧套管通过上下荷载箱底板连接,上板的两面容易产生浮浆,使用时浮浆的厚度严重影响荷载箱位移杆测量的精度。

本实用新型的目的是提供一种敞开组合式荷载箱,解决上板浮浆的厚度影响荷载箱位移杆测量的位移量的问题。

一种敞开组合式荷载箱,包括下荷载箱底板、千斤顶、上下位移套管和位移杆、内箍、外箍和上下铁笼,所述的组合式荷载箱无上底板,上下位移套管穿过下荷载箱底板,上下位移套管、千斤顶缸体和下荷载箱底板固定连接。
所述位移杆延伸至上下位移套管底部,位移杆底端与上下位移套管底端固定连接。
所述下荷载箱底板、千斤顶、上下位移套管通过内箍和外箍固定连接。
所述外箍和下荷载箱底板通过上下铁笼固定连接。
