背景技术
目前,在冶金、电力、船舶、汽车制造等行业常采用行车电缆,行车在运行过程中来回移动,使电缆不断地摇摆或扭曲,通常行车电缆的填芯都是采用的普通硅橡胶,在摇摆的过程中,行车电缆承受的所有拉力都在导体铜线上,故很容易导致导体铜线受拉力或扭曲而断裂,甚至刺破绝缘层,从而影响行车的正常工作。 
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是为了克服现有技术的不足,提供了一种行车电缆,在使用中,行车电缆所承受的拉力都在软钢丝上,则可以保护电缆中的导体,使其不易断裂。 
本实用新型的目的通过以下技术方案来实现:一种行车电缆,它包括导体,绝缘层,填芯,填充层和护套层,导体由多根镀锡铜线交织组成,导体外包覆有绝缘层,若干导体围绕在填芯周围,且位于护套层内部,绝缘层与护套层之间是填充层,填芯由软质钢丝组成。 
本实用新型的优点是:由于行车电缆的填芯是由软钢丝组成,在使用过程中,电缆所承受的所有拉力都在软钢丝上,则可以保护电缆中的导体,使导体不会因为电缆的来回摇摆扭曲致使断裂引发事故。

下面结合附图对本实用新型的技术方案做进一步的描述:如图1,一种行车电缆,它包括导体1,绝缘层2,填芯3,填充层4和护套层5,导体1由多根镀锡铜线交织组成,导体1外包覆有绝缘层2,若干导体1围绕在填芯3周围,且位于护套层5内部,绝缘层2与护套层5之间是填充层4,填芯3由软质钢丝组成。 
在使用时,由于软钢丝有一定的刚性,承重能力比较好,当行车电缆随着行车不停摇摆时,抗拉力性好,很好的保护了电缆中的导体,且软钢丝也有一定柔性,弯曲度比较好。

1.一种行车电缆,其特征在于:它包括导体(1),绝缘层(2),填芯(3),填充层(4)和护套层(5),导体(1)由多根镀锡铜线交织组成,导体(1)外包覆有绝缘层(2),若干导体(1)围绕在填芯(3)周围,且位于护套层(5)内部,绝缘层(2)与护套层(5)之间是填充层(4),填芯(3)由软质钢丝组成。
