Abstract

一种太阳能热水器保温水箱。采用了多层保温材料组成的复合保温层,特别是有的保温层采用了抗热辐射薄膜包裹并抽真空的方式,使太阳能热水器保温水箱具有真空保温层阻断空气导热、抗热辐射薄膜阻断热辐射散热、薄膜包裹密封防止保温材料受潮的优点。

技术领域本实用新型涉及一种太阳能热水器保温水箱,尤其是采用多层保温材料进行复合保温的水箱,采用该种复合保温的水箱,能够提高水箱保温效果。 
背景技术公知的保温水箱通常是在水箱外面直接用保温材料填充包裹。目前这种直接用保温材料填充保温的方法还存在着缺陷,由于保温材料与保温体之间存在空气间隙,特别是保温材料之间的空气间隙形成空气导热,以及保温材料受潮影响了保温的效果,目前普遍采用加厚保温层的办法来弥补这一缺陷。 
发明内容为了克服保温材料间的空气间隙及保温材料受潮影响保温效果的问题。本实用新型提供了一种复合保温层太阳能保温水箱,该种复合保温层是在水箱外围采用多层保温材料进行复合保温,其中有的保温层用抗热辐射薄膜包裹,形成袋状密封,再将抗热辐射薄膜袋内抽真空,使抗热辐射薄膜袋内与保温材料的间隙形成真空,阻断了空气导热的路径,同时,也阻断了水箱通过热辐射向外散温的路径,也保护了保温材料不受潮,使其保温性能大幅度提高。用该种复合保温层可降低保温层的厚度,节约保温材料。 
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:太阳能热水器保温水箱是由水箱内胆、复合保温层与水箱外包,复合保温层由多层组成,其中有的保温层是用抗热辐射薄膜包裹密封着的真空保温层,将包裹密封后的保温层及抗热辐射薄膜包裹形成的袋内抽真空,形成真空保温层。 
本实用新型的有益效果是,由于太阳能热水器保温水箱采用了多层保温材料组成的复合保温层,特别是有的保温层采用了抗热辐射薄膜包裹并抽真空的方式,使太阳能热水器保温水箱具有真空保温层阻断空气导热、抗热辐射薄膜阻断热辐射散热、薄膜包裹密封防止保温材料受潮的优点,其保温效果优于目 前普遍采用的聚氨脂发泡保温层,并可适当降低保温层的厚度,节省保温材料,降低产品成本。

具体实施方式
图中,在水箱内胆(1)与水箱外包(2)之间,放置保温层1(3)、保温层2(4)与保温层3(5),其中,保温层3(5)外套抗热辐射薄膜(6)制成的密封袋内,其内部抽排空气,形成真空保温层。 
本实用新型并不局限于上述内容,保温层数量、真空保温层的数量及位置虽未在本实施例中出现,但采用了同样原理的太阳能热水器保温水箱也在本实用新型的保护范围。

1.一种太阳能热水器保温水箱,是由水箱内胆、复合保温层与水箱外包组成,其特征是:复合保温层由多层组成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的太阳能热水器保温水箱,其特征是:其中有的保温层是用抗热辐射薄膜包裹密封着的真空保温层。
