本实用新型公开了一种夹壁式大型恒温沼气槽。沼气槽内壁和外壁呈圆拱型结构平行设置,内壁和外壁中间设有空腔,沼气槽设有槽塞,槽塞上设有导气管,沼气池设有进料口、出料口和预热室、制肥室;沼气槽设置在加热层上面,内壁设有环形加热槽,加热层下面设有承重层,承重层与加热层之间设有夹层;加热层内设加热管,加热管和加热槽通过锅炉管道与水暖锅炉相连接。沼气槽保温性能好,配置加热管与水暖锅炉连接,加热管提供热能使沼气槽的工作温度恒定在30-35℃之间,产气率可达到1∶1。一个容积100立米的沼气槽每天可产沼气80-100立米,可充分满足50户居民做饭、取暖、照明、提供温水以及维护沼气槽的恒定温度。该沼气槽一年四季均可以使用,产气量稳定。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种带辅助热源系统的沼气槽,能为冻土层以下沼气槽加热增温,保温功能好,一年四季能维持沼气槽恒定的工作温度。
背景技术
我国北方地区、尤其是东北地区夏季短暂、冬季漫长,地下温度低、湿度大、冻土层深厚。在黑龙江省夏季地下温度只有10℃左右,夏季沼气池产气的料气体积比为1∶0.1左右(1标准大气压),10立米沼气池每天产气约1立米,每天做三顿饭还另需辅助能源,这样的工作时限也只有4-5个月。为了增加产气量、延长生产时限,人们使用保温板、珍珠岩、粉煤灰等保温材料为池体保温,但因地下湿度大,这些保温材料受水浸、潮湿后,均失去保温效果。在我国北方地区沼气池的工作环境温度低、不能增温、保温效果不理想,又加之沼气池生产时限短、产气量小、冬季无法使用等不利因素,致使建设的大量沼气池被废弃,建设大容量的沼气池更是困难。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种容量大、保温性能好、产气率高、能越冬使用的大型沼气槽,该沼气槽不仅能够提高产气环境温度,而且保温效果好,产气率高。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种夹壁式大型恒温沼气槽,沼气槽两端呈1/4球体、中间段呈半圆弧圆柱体与两端连接,内壁和外壁呈圆拱型结构平行设置,内壁和外壁中间设有空腔,沼气槽设有槽塞,槽塞上设有导气管,沼气槽设有进料口和出料口,进料口与预热室连接,出料口与制肥室连接;沼气槽底部和内壁设置辅助热源系统。
所述辅助热源系统,包括底部设有加热管的加热层,和内壁底端的环形加热槽,加热管和加热槽通过锅炉管道与水暖锅炉相连接,加热层下面设有承重层,承重层与加热层之间设有夹层。
本实用新型的有益效果是:1、底部加热管和混凝土打成加热层,加热槽环绕在沼气槽内壁底端,加热管、加热槽和家用水暖锅炉连接。在沼气槽底部配置了辅助热源系统,提高沼液的产气率。该辅助热源与以往的太阳能热源、压缩泵式热源相比,具有结构简单、造价低廉、经久耐用、使用方便等特点。2、双壁夹层结构,沼气槽墙体中间设有空腔,不填充任何保温材料,密闭性好,保温效果好,有效的解决了使用传统保温材料水浸、受潮后,失去保温功能的弊端,可保持槽内工作温度恒定。3、两端1/4球型、中间半圆弧型体、整体圆拱形外型结构,使沼气槽整体受力均衡、增强了沼气槽的耐压能力,延长了沼气池的工作寿命。本实用新型特别适合我国北方地区建设大型沼气生产设备,搞清洁能源和有机肥料的产业化生产,为我国北方地区发展现代农业和有机农业奠定基础。

具体实施方式
在图1中,沼气槽深埋在冻土层以下,沼气槽内壁5和外壁7呈圆拱型结构平行设置,中间设有空腔6,沼气槽设有槽塞8,槽塞上设有导气管9。沼气槽设置辅助热源系统。辅助热源系统包括一设有若干根加热管4的加热层3,和内壁底端的环形槽19,加热层下面设有承重层1,承重层与加热层之间设有夹层2,承重层采用混凝土浇注而成,夹层内设有支撑件。
图2中,沼气槽设有进料管10和出料管11,进料口12和预热室14相连接,出料口13和制肥室15相连接。加热槽19通过加热管与水暖锅炉16(图3中)相连接。
图3中,加热管4与水暖锅炉16相连接,锅炉增加燃气功能,通过管道循环泵17为沼气池底盘提供热能,待池内温度达到30℃时关闭管道阀门18保持池内温度恒定在30-35℃之间。
夏季即可以启用辅助热源系统,使沼气池的工作温度恒定在30-35℃之间,产气率可提高到1∶1左右,一口100立米的沼气槽每天可产气80-100立米,有充足的气体燃料。这些燃料可充分满足50户普通家庭做饭、取暖、照明以及维护沼气池的恒定温度。

1.一种夹壁式大型恒温沼气槽,其特征在于,沼气槽两端呈1/4球体,中间段呈半圆弧圆柱体与两端连接,内壁(5)和外壁(7)呈圆拱型结构平行设置,内壁和外壁中间设有空腔(6),沼气槽设有槽塞(8),槽塞上设有导气管(9),沼气槽设有进料口(10)和出料口(11),进料口与预热室(14)连接,出料口与制肥室(15)连接;沼气槽底部和内壁设置辅助热源系统。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种夹壁式大型恒温沼气槽,其特征在于,所述辅助热源系统,包括底部设有加热管(4)的加热层(3),和内壁底端的环形加热槽(19),加热管和加热槽通过锅炉管道与水暖锅炉(16)相连接,加热层下面设有承重层(1),承重层与加热层之间设有夹层(2)。
